基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:智慧城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的背景下,智慧社區(qū)被作智慧城市的重要支撐和組成部分投入建設(shè),其規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,包含的人員、設(shè)備和事務(wù)日益增多,造成管理的難度逐漸加大。如何做好智慧社區(qū)的高效管理,有效發(fā)揮智慧社區(qū)的資源效用,保障人民的生活和工作安全有序進(jìn)行,為人民提供良好的生活環(huán)境,便成為至關(guān)智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展的重要問(wèn)題。在深入分析物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智慧社區(qū)各自內(nèi)涵和功能的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以信息整合實(shí)現(xiàn)高效管理的理念研究了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了主要采用RFID技術(shù)、ZigBee技術(shù)和視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)多種功能的智慧管理方案。方案中,設(shè)計(jì)了ZigBee的外置傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn);選用了以MSP430F2370為微處理器、TRF7960為射頻芯片的高頻RFID讀寫(xiě)器,設(shè)計(jì)了其軟件;設(shè)計(jì)了以CC2530芯片為核心的ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備及其軟件,并且針對(duì)ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備軟件中組網(wǎng)架構(gòu)類型的選取,通過(guò)建立智慧社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備部署模型,利用OPNET對(duì)ZigBee不同組網(wǎng)架構(gòu)類型基于建立的模型進(jìn)行分析,確立了選用樹(shù)形架構(gòu)。這些工作為智慧社區(qū)管理中的基礎(chǔ)信息管理、物流服務(wù)、家政服務(wù)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)、智能保潔監(jiān)管和安防監(jiān)控等功能奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。最終通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)綜合管理軟件,結(jié)合上述設(shè)計(jì)的硬件和軟件共同構(gòu)建了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了RFID卡片管理、人員信息管理、物業(yè)收費(fèi)管理和安防監(jiān)控管理等功能。搭建管理系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試環(huán)境,編寫(xiě)測(cè)試用例,在隨機(jī)時(shí)間條件下測(cè)試管理系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能。通過(guò)測(cè)試結(jié)果證明,硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)符合要求,管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定且各項(xiàng)功能完整,設(shè)計(jì)的基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)方案可行,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the planning and construction of intelligent city, the intelligent community is invested in the construction of the important support and component of the intelligent city. Its scale is expanding day by day, and the personnel, equipment and affairs are increasing day by day, resulting in the difficulty of management. How to effectively manage the intelligent community, how to effectively exert the resource utility of the intelligent community, how to ensure the people's life and work safely and orderly, and how to provide the people with a good living environment have become the most important issues in the construction and development of the intelligent community. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation and functions of the Internet of things and the intelligent community, this paper studies the intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things with the idea of information integration and efficient management. The intelligent management scheme which mainly adopts RFID technology and video surveillance technology to realize multiple functions is designed. In the scheme, the external sensor node of ZigBee is designed, the high frequency RFID reader with MSP430F2370 as microprocessor TRF7960 is selected and its software is designed, and the ZigBee network equipment and its software based on CC2530 chip are designed. According to the selection of network architecture type in ZigBee network equipment software, through the establishment of intelligent community network equipment deployment model, using OPNET to analyze the different network architecture types of ZigBee based on the established model, establish the choice of tree architecture. These work have laid a good foundation for the basic information management, logistics service, domestic service, medical and health service, intelligent cleaning supervision and security monitoring and other functions in intelligent community management. Finally, the intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things is constructed by designing the integrated management software and combining the hardware and software of the above design. The RFID card management and the personnel information management are realized. Property charge management and security monitoring management and other functions. Build the test environment of the management system, write the test cases, and test the functions of the management system under the random time condition. The test results show that the hardware design and software design meet the requirements, the management system runs stably and the functions are complete. The intelligent community management system based on the Internet of things is feasible and achieves the expected purpose.
