【摘要】：隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,這些技術(shù)越來越多地改善著現(xiàn)代人的思想觀念。網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)是計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速發(fā)展用于解決辦公問題的一個典型實例,開發(fā)這一系統(tǒng)的主要目的是為了實現(xiàn)信息交互和資源共享、提供協(xié)同工作的便利、提高辦公的工作效率、進(jìn)而避免讓人們從繁瑣的有紙辦公中重復(fù)做大量相同的勞動。但隨著我國企業(yè)的企業(yè)規(guī)模、人才結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展模式、經(jīng)營理念等方面都發(fā)生了翻天腹地的變化,這就對人事管理系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求,很多早前開發(fā)的人事管理系統(tǒng)在系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能劃分等諸多方面也已經(jīng)不能完全滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的人事管理的管理工作需要�；谏鲜隹紤]本,文設(shè)計了一個適合HT這類公司的人事管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)基于JSP技術(shù),以MyEclipse 9.0為軟件開發(fā)工具,選擇SQL Server 2005作為該系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫并選擇Tomcat作為服務(wù)器支持,采用B/S架構(gòu)模式。HT公司人事管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了考勤管理、薪金管理、系統(tǒng)管理以及員工招聘和培訓(xùn)功能,使HT公司人事管理實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)化的信息管理,提高了人資部門的管理效率,能更好的為HT公司服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, network technology and information technology, these technologies are improving modern people's ideas more and more. The network office automation system is a typical example of the rapid development of computer technology and network to solve office problems. The main purpose of developing this system is to realize information exchange and resource sharing, and to provide convenience for cooperative work. Improve the efficiency of the office, and then avoid people from the tedious paper office to do a lot of the same work. However, with the change of enterprise scale, talent structure, development model, management concept and so on in our country, new requirements have been put forward for personnel management system. Many of the personnel management systems developed earlier can not fully meet the needs of personnel management in modern enterprises in many aspects such as system architecture, technical framework, function division and so on. Based on the above considerations, this paper designs a personnel management system suitable for HT companies. The system is based on JSP technology, takes MyEclipse 9.0 as the software development tool, selects SQL Server 2005 as the database of the system and chooses Tomcat as the server support. The system adopts the B / S structure mode. HT company personnel management system realizes the attendance management and salary management. System management and staff recruitment and training function make HT company personnel management to achieve systematic information management improve the management efficiency of human capital departments can better serve HT company.
