【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,辦公自動(dòng)化技術(shù)在公安部門得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。開發(fā)一個(gè)完善的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),能夠降低辦公成本,加強(qiáng)信息流動(dòng),提高辦公速度,提升管理水平。本文介紹辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)依托公安工作需求,采用先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)出與當(dāng)前發(fā)展需求相結(jié)合的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),為公安內(nèi)部工作的進(jìn)行提供了有利的支持和有效的保障。首先本文從不同角度對(duì)OA系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的意義進(jìn)行了分析,從辦公自動(dòng)化的含義、運(yùn)用技術(shù)、目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了闡述;其次,進(jìn)行OA系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)研究,分析了C/S、B/S兩種不同的結(jié)構(gòu),最終選定使用B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu),并介紹了OA系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),從開發(fā)平臺(tái)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)工具、工作流技術(shù)以及安全與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)角度進(jìn)行分析;然后,針對(duì)某公安機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)部的OA系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析,提出了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)需求、設(shè)計(jì)原則需求,通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖提出業(yè)務(wù)需求,通過(guò)用例圖將功能需求與用戶角色相關(guān)聯(lián),并對(duì)非功能性需求進(jìn)行分析;接著,重點(diǎn)研究了辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),明確系統(tǒng)三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),介紹了公文管理和工作流管理中的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)分析了具體模塊設(shè)計(jì),利用程序框圖、時(shí)序圖等展示模塊設(shè)計(jì),之后展示了部分頁(yè)面,完成了公安機(jī)關(guān)內(nèi)部OA系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)已投入使用,為公安內(nèi)部工作的進(jìn)行提供了有利的支持和有效的保障,經(jīng)過(guò)使用發(fā)現(xiàn)仍有提升空間,接下來(lái)會(huì)逐漸對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行修改完善,讓辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)更好的為公安工作服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer network technology, office automation technology has been widely used in public security departments. Developing a perfect office automation system can reduce office cost, strengthen information flow, improve office speed and management level. This paper introduces the design of office automation system which is based on the demand of public security work and adopts advanced network technology. It provides favorable support and effective guarantee for the internal work of public security. First of all, this paper analyzes the significance of OA system design from different angles, from the meaning of office automation, the use of technology, the current development status and future development trends; secondly, the structure of OA system research, This paper analyzes two different structures of C / S / B / S, and finally chooses to use the three-tier structure of B / S, and introduces the development environment and key technologies of OA system, and analyzes the development platform, database tools, workflow technology and security and network technology. Then, based on the analysis of the demand of OA system in a public security organ, the paper puts forward the design objective requirement, the design principle requirement, the business requirement through the business flow chart, and the function requirement and the user's role through the use case diagram. Then, the paper focuses on the design of office automation system, clarifies the design of three-tier architecture of the system, introduces the database table design in document management and workflow management, and analyzes the specific module design. Using the program block diagram, timing diagram and other display module design, after displaying part of the page, completed the design requirements of the internal OA system of the public security organs. The office automation system designed in this paper has been put into use, which provides favorable support and effective protection for the internal work of public security. After the use, it is found that there is still room for improvement, and then the system will be gradually modified and perfected. Let the office automation system better serve for the public security work.
