【摘要】：為彌補目前國內(nèi)民航空中交通運輸自動化系統(tǒng)相對缺失的狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)空中交通運輸參與部門協(xié)同決策航班數(shù)據(jù),完成自動化航班起飛排序,協(xié)助管制員進行起飛調(diào)度決策,提出了協(xié)同決策起飛排序系統(tǒng)的總體框架.闡述了該系統(tǒng)的工作流程、核心模塊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、航班起飛約束條件和自動化起飛排序調(diào)度算法.根據(jù)用戶角色職責制定用戶權(quán)限,參與信息共享和航班數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同決策.設(shè)計基于滾動時域方法的航班起飛協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度算法,加以尾流和空中流量控制等安全約束,得到優(yōu)化的待起飛航班序列,并采用時隙表方式直觀的將航班序列展示給用戶.最后,介紹了該系統(tǒng)的實際運行狀況,結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)可以完成多用戶協(xié)同決策、實現(xiàn)航班起飛管理自動化、為管制員決策提供依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the lack of the domestic air traffic automation system, to realize the cooperative decision of flight data, to complete the automatic flight scheduling, and to assist the controller to make the decision of take-off scheduling. The overall framework of takeoff scheduling system for cooperative decision making is presented. The workflow of the system, the structure design of the core module, the flight departure constraints and the scheduling algorithm of automatic take-off scheduling are described. According to user roles and responsibilities, user rights, participate in information sharing and flight data collaborative decision-making. A coordinated flight takeoff scheduling algorithm based on rolling time domain method is designed. The flight sequence is optimized by security constraints such as wake flow and air flow control, and the flight sequence is displayed intuitively to the user by slot table. Finally, the actual operation of the system is introduced. The results show that the system can realize multi-user cooperative decision-making, realize the automation of flight departure management, and provide the basis for controller decision-making.
