基于嵌入式的塑料瓶喉口缺陷檢測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:塑料瓶包裝行業(yè)一直以來都是我國的一大基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),塑料瓶被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品、化妝品、洗滌劑、醫(yī)藥品、以及工業(yè)藥品、工業(yè)容器等領(lǐng)域。平時人們所用生活用品的包裝容器大多以塑料瓶的形式出現(xiàn),且數(shù)量巨大。然而現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)過程中由于制造設(shè)備的局限,塑料瓶喉口易發(fā)生堵料現(xiàn)象。目前,一般都采用人工檢測,在快速的生產(chǎn)流水線環(huán)境中很難保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和產(chǎn)出效率,同時也增加了生產(chǎn)成本。因此,本文針對塑料瓶喉口缺陷檢測系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)具有很重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先介紹了機器視覺技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況和應(yīng)用前景,并進一步分析了嵌入式系統(tǒng)與其結(jié)合的優(yōu)勢特點。針對常用的塑料瓶喉口缺陷的檢測現(xiàn)狀,本文基于達芬奇技術(shù)的DM6446視頻圖像處理平臺,采用機器視覺檢測的方法,提出了將其應(yīng)用于塑料瓶喉口缺陷檢測的系統(tǒng)方案。然后,分析塑料瓶喉口缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因以及現(xiàn)有的主流機器視覺處理平臺,提出并設(shè)計該檢測系統(tǒng)的總體方案。其中包括具體硬件處理平臺的選擇以及該系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)方案和工作流程。在硬件方面,完成了對主要芯片的選取及介紹和對電源模塊、存儲模塊、視頻輸入輸出模塊、報警與動作控制模塊等的硬件原理設(shè)計。以該硬件平臺為基礎(chǔ)搭建和配置系統(tǒng)軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境,完成了ARM子系統(tǒng)對解碼芯片、視頻處理子系統(tǒng)以及其它設(shè)備的參數(shù)配置。在軟件算法方面,對系統(tǒng)軟件流程進行了設(shè)計并研究了DSP子系統(tǒng)中對圖像處理的一些算法,其中主要包括圖像灰度化、圖像增強、圖像濾波、自適應(yīng)二值化、邊緣檢測、缺陷檢測以及相應(yīng)的算法優(yōu)化等。最后,在搭建好的硬件平臺上,基本實現(xiàn)了塑料瓶喉口缺陷的檢測。通過實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線上塑料瓶喉口缺陷的機器視覺檢測,代替主流的人工檢測,提高流水線生產(chǎn)的自動化程度。本論文的主要創(chuàng)新點在于基于DM6446的圖像處理開發(fā)平臺,將嵌入式技術(shù)和機器視覺技術(shù)結(jié)合并應(yīng)用到塑料瓶喉口缺陷的檢測中,以及在檢測過程中對相關(guān)算法的優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新。本文的系統(tǒng)研究可以大幅度提高相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢測效率和在線生產(chǎn)的自動化程度,對于以后研發(fā)高性價比、穩(wěn)定性好、體積小的高度自動化在線生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量檢測設(shè)備,具有工程實用意義和參考價值。
[Abstract]:Plastic bottle packaging industry has always been a major basic industry in our country. Plastic bottles are widely used in food, cosmetics, detergent, pharmaceutical products, industrial drugs, industrial containers and other fields. Usually, the packaging containers for people's daily articles are mostly in the form of plastic bottles, and the quantity is huge. However, the actual production process is made up of the production process. At present, artificial detection is commonly used in the throat of plastic bottles. It is difficult to ensure product quality stability and production efficiency in the rapid production line environment, but also increases production cost. Therefore, this paper has an important reality for the research and development of the throat defect detection system for plastic bottles. This paper first introduces the development and application prospects of machine vision technology, and further analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the embedded system and its combination. In view of the current detection status of common plastic bottle throat defects, this paper, based on the DM6446 video image processing platform based on the Da Vinci technology, uses the method of machine vision detection. The system is applied to the detection of the throat defects of plastic bottles. Then, the causes of the defects in the throat of the plastic bottles and the existing main machine vision processing platform are analyzed. The overall scheme of the detection system is proposed and designed, including the selection of the specific hardware processing platform, the overall structure scheme and the working process of the system. On the hardware aspect, we have completed the selection and introduction of the main chip and the hardware design of the power module, the storage module, the video input and output module, the alarm and the action control module. Based on the hardware platform, the system software development environment is built and configured, and the decoding chip, video processing subsystem and the ARM subsystem are completed. In the aspect of software algorithm, the software process is designed and some algorithms for image processing in DSP subsystem are studied, including image grayscale, image enhancement, image filtering, adaptive two value, edge detection, defect detection and corresponding algorithm optimization. Finally, it is built well On the hardware platform, the flaw detection of the plastic bottle throat is basically realized. Through the experiment, it is proved that the system can realize the machine vision inspection of the plastic bottle throat defect on the production line, instead of the mainstream manual detection, and improve the automation degree of the production line. The main creation point of this paper is the DM6446 based image processing and development platform. The embedded technology and machine vision technology are combined and applied to the detection of plastic bottle throat defects, as well as the optimization of the related algorithms in the process of detection. The system research in this paper can greatly improve the quality detection efficiency of the related products and the automation range of online production, and have high performance price ratio and good stability for future research and development. The small size highly automated on-line production quality testing equipment has practical significance and reference value.
