保險代理業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的改革,人們生活質(zhì)量迅速上升,理財健康保險意識增強,保險行業(yè)出臺的營銷政策、產(chǎn)品等結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,保險用戶數(shù)量急劇上升,因此需要采用先進(jìn)的保險代理業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)保險業(yè)務(wù)辦理信息化、自動化和智能化,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)保險業(yè)務(wù)營銷服務(wù)水平。課題首先詳細(xì)地分析了保險代理業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)研究背景,對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)國外此類系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了探究,點明了課題開發(fā)的意義。其次,課題闡述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所運用的相關(guān)技術(shù),為系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)打下了較好的基礎(chǔ)。接著,課題詳細(xì)地分析了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與實現(xiàn)的可行性,使用UML用例圖導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,從數(shù)據(jù)一致性、系統(tǒng)可靠性、安全性等進(jìn)行性能分析,確保開發(fā)一個性能優(yōu)良、存儲量大、功能完善的系統(tǒng)。繼而,課題對系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)、服務(wù)器部署架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,根據(jù)需求分析所導(dǎo)出的邏輯業(yè)務(wù),使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程設(shè)計了每一個詳細(xì)功能,便于系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和實現(xiàn),同時使用E-R圖和關(guān)系表設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)處理提供強大的功能。最后,介紹了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),給出了系統(tǒng)的每一個功能運行截圖,系統(tǒng)運行結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)具有良好的易用性及穩(wěn)定性。保險業(yè)務(wù)代理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)之后,可以提高保險產(chǎn)品管理信息化、共享化和自動化水平,改進(jìn)保險業(yè)務(wù)辦理效率和服務(wù)水平,提高保險業(yè)務(wù)代理企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the economic reform of our country, people's quality of life is rising rapidly, the awareness of financial management and health insurance is increasing, the marketing policy and product structure of insurance industry is complicated, and the number of insurance users has risen sharply. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the advanced insurance agent business management system to realize the informationization, automation and intelligence of insurance business management, and to further improve the level of marketing and service of insurance business. Firstly, the research background of insurance agent business management system is analyzed in detail, the research status of this kind of system at home and abroad is explored, and the significance of the subject development is pointed out. Secondly, the related technology used in system development is expounded, which lays a good foundation for system realization. Then, the feasibility of system development and implementation is analyzed in detail. The logical business functions of the system are derived by using the UML use case diagram, and the performance analysis is carried out from data consistency, system reliability, security and so on, so as to ensure the development of a good performance. The system with large storage capacity and perfect function. Then, the system network architecture, server deployment architecture and system architecture are designed. According to the logical business derived from the requirement analysis, each detailed function is designed using structured flow, which is convenient for system development and implementation. At the same time, the system database is designed by using E-R diagram and relational table, which provides a powerful function for system data processing. Finally, the implementation of the system is introduced, and the running screenshots of each function of the system are given. The results show that the system is easy to use and stable. After the implementation of the insurance agent system, it can improve the level of insurance product management information, sharing and automation, improve the efficiency and service level of insurance business management, and enhance the market competitiveness of insurance agency enterprises.
