【摘要】：提出了適應(yīng)于IBM CELL BE并行處理器的兩種立體匹配算法——?jiǎng)討B(tài)規(guī)劃(DP)算法和置信傳播(BP)算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。改進(jìn)了BP算法中的數(shù)據(jù)成本計(jì)算方法,采用重疊窗方法保持BP算法原有的匹配效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,基于CELL處理器的并行實(shí)現(xiàn)極大地提高了生成視差圖的運(yùn)算速度。針對室外場景噪聲較大的特點(diǎn),提出采用Sobel邊緣檢測和Residual算子對圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法改善了生成視差圖的效果。本文算法在低成本硬件設(shè)備平臺上提升了立體匹配技術(shù)的計(jì)算效率,在汽車自動(dòng)和輔助駕駛系統(tǒng)、多媒體視覺技術(shù)的硬件一體化中具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper presents two stereo matching algorithms for IBM CELL be parallel processors: dynamic programming algorithm and confidence Propagation algorithm.The data cost calculation method in BP algorithm is improved, and the original matching effect of BP algorithm is maintained by overlapping window method.Experiments show that the parallel implementation based on CELL processor greatly improves the computing speed of generating parallax graph.Aiming at the high noise of outdoor scene, Sobel edge detection and Residual operator are used to preprocess the image. The experimental results show that the method improves the effect of generating parallax image.This algorithm improves the computing efficiency of stereo matching technology on the low cost hardware platform, and has important application value in the integration of auto driving system, auxiliary driving system and multimedia vision technology.
