油氣礦權(quán)人信息分析系統(tǒng)研發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)能源體制改革的推進(jìn),油氣資源的戰(zhàn)略地位日益凸顯,油氣礦權(quán)人作為油氣資源勘探開(kāi)發(fā)的直接負(fù)責(zé)人,對(duì)其相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的信息化建設(shè)也亟待加強(qiáng)。現(xiàn)存礦權(quán)人信息系統(tǒng)存在數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容繁雜,分析角度單一,展示方式單調(diào)等問(wèn)題。因此,開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)能全面反映油氣礦權(quán)人狀況的專(zhuān)題信息系統(tǒng)就尤為重要。本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外礦權(quán)信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,分析了現(xiàn)存礦權(quán)人信息系統(tǒng)的不足,設(shè)計(jì)出空間展示與屬性數(shù)據(jù)展示相結(jié)合,單項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與綜合評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的油氣礦權(quán)人信息分析系統(tǒng);贏(yíng)rcGIS API for JavaScript框架和地圖Mashup模型,豐富空間交互操作和屬性數(shù)據(jù)展示方式。參考以往油氣資源相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),結(jié)合專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn),建立油氣礦權(quán)人綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。基于空間疊加分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算引入油氣資源豐度的概念,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型對(duì)全國(guó)主要的油氣礦權(quán)人進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。文章通過(guò)收集油氣礦權(quán)人專(zhuān)題信息,根據(jù)礦權(quán)人擁有區(qū)塊狀況及經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模的差異,將油氣礦權(quán)人分為普通礦權(quán)人,小礦權(quán)人,潛在礦權(quán)人。根據(jù)不同礦權(quán)人的業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容,進(jìn)行功能需求分析,確定系統(tǒng)的性能需求及運(yùn)行環(huán)境。由此,確定系統(tǒng)的總體目標(biāo),對(duì)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)功能、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。最終,通過(guò)ArcGIS Server進(jìn)行空間數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布,采用B/S架構(gòu)、Tomocat7.0服務(wù)器、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)、MyBatis框架、SpringMVC框架,基于Eclipse開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),使用Java語(yǔ)言對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。發(fā)布后的油氣礦權(quán)人信息分析系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)以下功能:查看油氣礦權(quán)人目錄樹(shù),礦權(quán)人勘查區(qū)塊分析,礦權(quán)人開(kāi)采區(qū)塊分析,礦權(quán)人儲(chǔ)量分析,礦權(quán)人產(chǎn)量分析,礦權(quán)人勘查工作量分析,礦權(quán)人勘查投入分析,礦權(quán)人綜合評(píng)價(jià)及數(shù)據(jù)管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's energy system reform, the strategic position of oil and gas resources is becoming increasingly prominent. As the direct responsible person of oil and gas exploration and development, the information construction of oil and gas related business needs to be strengthened urgently.The existing mine owner information system has many problems, such as complicated data content, single analysis angle and monotonous display.Therefore, it is very important to develop a special information system that can reflect the status of oil and gas miners.Based on the present situation of mineral rights information system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the deficiency of the existing information system of mine owner, and designs the combination of space display and attribute data display.The information analysis system of oil and gas mine owner combined with statistical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of single business data.Based on ArcGIS API for JavaScript framework and map Mashup model, the spatial interactive operation and attribute data presentation are enriched.The comprehensive evaluation index system of oil and gas rights is established by referring to the previous evaluation indexes of oil and gas resources related fields and combining with expert opinions.Based on spatial superposition analysis and statistical calculation, this paper introduces the concept of abundance of oil and gas resources, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the main oil and gas miners in China by using the grey relational model.By collecting the special information of the oil and gas mine owner, according to the difference of the ownership of the block and the management scale, the author divides the oil and gas owner into three categories: the ordinary mine owner, the small mining owner and the potential mining owner.According to the business contents of different mining owners, the functional requirement analysis is carried out to determine the performance requirements and operating environment of the system.From this, determine the overall goal of the system, the system structure, system functions, system database for detailed design.Finally, the spatial data is published through ArcGIS Server, and Tomocat7.0 server is used to implement the Eclipse Server database management system. Based on Eclipse development platform, Java language is used to implement the system.The released information analysis system of oil and gas and mineral rights can realize the following functions: checking the directory tree of oil, gas and mineral rights, analyzing the exploration block, analyzing the mining block, analyzing the reserves of the mining owner, analyzing the output of the mining owner,Analysis of exploration workload of mine owner, analysis of exploration input, comprehensive evaluation and data management of mine owner.
