高爐料面的分類與案例匹配算法

【摘要】:本文基于改進(jìn)的k-means算法及分級案例庫匹配技術(shù)提出一種研究高爐料面和煤氣流關(guān)系的方法.為了獲取煤氣流分布情況,首先提出了改進(jìn)的基于新型有效性指標(biāo)評價的k-means算法,并將該算法與其它多種算法進(jìn)行比較,證明了該方法的高效性和準(zhǔn)確性.繼而在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了案例庫匹配技術(shù),從而獲得與當(dāng)前料面最為匹配的歷史料面.最后,將匹配算法與改進(jìn)的灰色相似性匹配算法和歐式近鄰匹配算法進(jìn)行比較.結(jié)果表明,分級匹配算法具有更高的分辨率和效率.在多次試驗中匹配準(zhǔn)確率高達(dá)92.5%,比其他幾種算法更加準(zhǔn)確,更適合研究料面與煤氣流關(guān)系,指導(dǎo)布料操作.
[Abstract]:Based on the improved k-means algorithm and the hierarchical case base matching technique, this paper presents a method to study the relationship between the charging surface and the gas flow.In order to obtain the distribution of gas flow, an improved k-means algorithm based on the evaluation of new validity index is proposed, and compared with other algorithms, the efficiency and accuracy of the method are proved.Then, the case base matching technology is proposed to obtain the historical material surface that is the best match with the current material surface.Finally, the matching algorithm is compared with the improved grey similarity matching algorithm and the Euclidean nearest neighbor matching algorithm.The results show that the hierarchical matching algorithm has higher resolution and efficiency.In many experiments, the matching accuracy is up to 92.5, which is more accurate than other algorithms, and is more suitable for studying the relationship between material surface and gas flow and guiding the operation of cloth.
