【摘要】：目前,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及同行業(yè)廣播電視臺(tái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我國(guó)各省、市、地的廣播電視臺(tái)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日益激烈。如何在日益激勵(lì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,順時(shí)而變,成為每家廣播電視臺(tái)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下思考的新命題。本研究即在此背景下立題,以山西廣播電視臺(tái)的個(gè)案研究入手,選擇對(duì)其采編播放系統(tǒng)的更新與深化研究,希冀提出一些具有參考性的建議。在研究中,從廣播電視臺(tái)工作流程、方式入手,結(jié)合當(dāng)今數(shù)字媒體、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體、現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展等,試圖探尋一套既能適合山西人民廣播電臺(tái)的自身特色,又能立足當(dāng)今人們社會(huì)生活、適合新興媒體發(fā)展的全媒體采編播系統(tǒng)。這套系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該是基于國(guó)內(nèi)外各類廣播電臺(tái)系統(tǒng)之上的升級(jí)與調(diào)整,而不是簡(jiǎn)單的復(fù)制,故而本研究采用B/S與C/S模式相結(jié)合,使用C#語(yǔ)言技術(shù),結(jié)合sqlserver數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及.NET Framework技術(shù)力求設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)包含稿件、訊息、資料、編稿、審核、個(gè)體信息管理、即時(shí)通訊等多重維度、多重功能的采編播放系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),以求實(shí)現(xiàn)廣播電臺(tái)內(nèi)部人力、稿件、資源、平臺(tái)等的整合,一方面可以提高電臺(tái)的全媒體發(fā)展步伐,提升工作效率;另一方面則可以推動(dòng)山西廣播電臺(tái)更好的構(gòu)建自己的“內(nèi)容”,對(duì)所需信息進(jìn)行深層次的加工、解讀,生成出具有時(shí)效性、深度性、衍申性的廣播電視產(chǎn)品,從而在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,提高市場(chǎng)占有率。
[Abstract]:At present, with the competition of the Internet and the competition of the same industry radio and television stations, the competition of the provinces, cities and local radio and television stations in our country is also increasingly fierce.How to stand out in the increasingly motivated competition and change in time has become a new proposition for every radio and television station in the Internet era.Based on the case study of Shanxi Radio and Television Station, this study chooses to update and deepen the research on its collection and editing and broadcast system, hoping to put forward some suggestions with reference.In the research, starting with the work flow and mode of radio and television station, combining with the development of digital media, Internet media and modern communication technology, this paper tries to explore a set of characteristics that can be adapted to Shanxi people's Radio Station.Can also be based on today's social life, suitable for the development of new media all-media editing and broadcasting system.This system should be based on the upgrade and adjustment of all kinds of radio stations at home and abroad, rather than simply duplicating. Therefore, this research adopts the combination of B / S and C / S mode, and uses C # language technology.Combined with sqlserver database and .NET Framework technology, this paper designs and implements a multi-dimensional and multi-function editing and playing system which includes manuscript, message, data, compilation, audit, individual information management, instant messaging and so on.Through the system development, in order to achieve the radio station internal manpower, manuscripts, resources, platforms and other integration, on the one hand, can improve the whole media development of the radio station, improve the efficiency of work;On the other hand, it can promote the Shanxi Radio Station to construct its own "content" better, to process and interpret the information needed at a deeper level, and to produce radio and television products with timeliness, depth, and extensiveness.Thus stands out in the competition, enhances the market share.
