【摘要】：[目的/意義]隨著微信在我國社會影響力的不斷提升,很多新型智庫在建設(shè)中越來越重視將微信平臺作為提高智庫影響力和進(jìn)行智庫成果傳播的重要媒介,對新型智庫微信平臺構(gòu)建效果的生態(tài)性評價成為當(dāng)前智庫微信平臺建設(shè)發(fā)展中的重要問題。[方法/過程]基于"信息、信息人、信息技術(shù)和信息環(huán)境"和諧發(fā)展的信息生態(tài)視角,構(gòu)建新型智庫微信平臺生態(tài)性評價指標(biāo)。以我國黨政、科研院所和社會機構(gòu)的10家新型智庫機構(gòu)微信平臺為樣本,利用層次分析法確定各評價指標(biāo)權(quán)重,結(jié)合模糊綜合評價法對10家典型新型智庫的微信平臺生態(tài)性進(jìn)行評價。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果表明,所構(gòu)建的評價指標(biāo)具有一定的實用性和可操作性,可為新型智庫微信平臺生態(tài)性建設(shè)提供一定的理論和方法指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] with the increasing influence of WeChat in Chinese society, many new types of think-tanks pay more and more attention to WeChat platform as an important medium for improving their influence and disseminating their achievements.The ecological evaluation of the construction effect of the new think-tank WeChat platform has become an important issue in the construction and development of the WeChat platform.[methods] based on the information ecological perspective of harmonious development of "information, information person, information technology and information environment", the ecological evaluation index of WeChat platform of a new type of think-tank was constructed.Taking the WeChat platform of 10 new think-tanks in our country's party and government, scientific research institutes and social institutions as a sample, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The ecology of WeChat platform of 10 typical new think-tanks was evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.[results / conclusion] the results show that the constructed evaluation index has some practicability and maneuverability, and can provide some theoretical and methodological guidance for the ecological construction of the new think-tank WeChat platform.
