【摘要】：智慧高速公路是智慧交通的重要組成部分,目前行業(yè)內(nèi)對智慧高速公路的認(rèn)識不盡統(tǒng)一。闡述了智慧高速公路的內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為智慧高速公路就是要構(gòu)建以數(shù)據(jù)為核心的高速公路協(xié)同管控與創(chuàng)新服務(wù)體系,利用"人的智慧思維+先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段+協(xié)同的運(yùn)行機(jī)制+創(chuàng)新的模式"實(shí)現(xiàn)對高速公路管理與服務(wù)的提升。從技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)、數(shù)據(jù)、應(yīng)用和部署5個方面提出智慧高速公路的架構(gòu),為智慧高速公路建設(shè)指明了方向。隨著智慧高速公路關(guān)鍵技術(shù)取得突破,必然引發(fā)高速公路運(yùn)營管理模式、商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新與變革,這將助力高速公路產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈構(gòu)建,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和提質(zhì)增效。
[Abstract]:Intelligent highway is an important part of intelligent transportation.This paper expounds the connotation of the intelligent highway, and thinks that it is necessary to construct the cooperative control and innovation service system of the highway with data as the core.Using "the mode of innovation of operation mechanism in coordination of advanced technological means of human's intelligent thinking" to realize the promotion of highway management and service.This paper puts forward the framework of intelligent highway from five aspects of technology, business, data, application and deployment, and points out the direction for the construction of intelligent highway.Along with the breakthrough of the key technology of the intelligent expressway, it will inevitably lead to the innovation and reform of the expressway operation and management mode and the commercial model, which will help to build the expressway industry ecological circle, promote the industrial transformation and development and improve the quality and efficiency.
