【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會科學(xué)技術(shù)和信息化發(fā)展日新月異,利用信息技術(shù)提升高校的管理效率越來越被重視。隨著我國綜合國力的穩(wěn)步提升,高等教育呈現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。利用信息化優(yōu)勢,開發(fā)并應(yīng)用高校教務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng),是提升高校管理手段的重要途徑。為了提高高校教務(wù)管理的效率,克服現(xiàn)存的高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)存在運行效率不高的缺陷,本文以南京機電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院實際教務(wù)需求為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)了教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用Browser/Server(B/S)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),由客戶端瀏覽器和系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器兩個部分組成。使用Java開發(fā)工具提供整體系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建,使用SQL Server開發(fā)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用Eclipse建立軟件結(jié)構(gòu)之間的連接。為了使系統(tǒng)功能更加可靠,選擇的系統(tǒng)開發(fā)框架是SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate),前臺頁面展示利用JSP技術(shù)開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器分為業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)器和數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器。本文教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)功能主要分為學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理功能,學(xué)生培養(yǎng)方案管理功能,教學(xué)安排功能,學(xué)生成績管理功能,網(wǎng)上評教功能,學(xué)生信息管理功能,教師信息管理功能模塊和系統(tǒng)維護功能。系統(tǒng)功能角色分為學(xué)生,指導(dǎo)老師以及系統(tǒng)管理員。學(xué)生使用端口主要有以下內(nèi)容:登陸學(xué)生賬戶,查看學(xué)生學(xué)籍信息,修改學(xué)生密碼,能夠查看學(xué)生的成績,了解課程內(nèi)容,并且可以由學(xué)生來對教師所傳授的課程進行考核、評分。教師端的功能包括添加課程信息,向系統(tǒng)提交的調(diào)停課信息,上傳學(xué)生成績,上傳教學(xué)方案,上傳課程目標(biāo)內(nèi)容,了解學(xué)生對于課程評價的內(nèi)容和查詢課程安排表。系統(tǒng)維護管理人員在系統(tǒng)中的職責(zé)主要包括對日志進行管理,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫恢復(fù)和系統(tǒng)異常管理。刪除學(xué)生信息和刪除教師信息。同時為了提高系統(tǒng)運行性能,本文從系統(tǒng)WEB層和數(shù)據(jù)庫層對系統(tǒng)運行性能進行優(yōu)化。通過優(yōu)化,在學(xué)生選課期間系統(tǒng)訪問延遲時間有了明顯減少。通過對系統(tǒng)的測試,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用到了南京機電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的教務(wù)管理工作中,實際應(yīng)用效果表明:該系統(tǒng)能基本滿足學(xué)生老師的教務(wù)信息需求,并且有實用性強的特點。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology and information technology, more and more attention has been paid to using information technology to improve the management efficiency of colleges and universities.With the steady improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, higher education presents a rapid development trend.It is an important way to improve the management means of colleges and universities to develop and apply the information management system of educational administration by using the advantage of information technology.In order to improve the efficiency of educational administration management in colleges and universities, and overcome the shortcomings of the existing educational administration management system in colleges and universities, this paper develops the educational administration management system based on the actual educational administration requirements of Nanjing Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College.The system adopts browser / Server B / S system architecture, which consists of client browser and system server.Java development tools are used to build the whole system, SQL Server is used to develop system database, and Eclipse is used to establish the connection between software structures.In order to make the system function more reliable, the system development framework chosen is SSH(Struts Spring hibernate. The front page display is developed by JSP technology.The system server is divided into business server and database server.The business functions of the educational administration system are mainly divided into student status management function, student training program management function, teaching arrangement function, student achievement management function, online evaluation function, student information management function,The function module of teacher information management and the function of system maintenance.System function roles are divided into students, guidance teachers and system administrators.The main contents of the port used by students are as follows: log in student accounts, check student status information, modify student passwords, check students' grades, understand course content, and can be assessed by students on the courses taught by teachers.Score.The functions of the teacher include adding course information, transferring and suspending the course to the system, uploading the students' grades, uploading the teaching plan, uploading the contents of the curriculum objectives, understanding the students' contents of the course evaluation and querying the schedule of the courses.The responsibilities of the system maintenance manager in the system include log management, system database recovery and system exception management.Delete student information and teacher information.At the same time, in order to improve the performance of the system, this paper optimizes the performance of the system from the WEB layer and the database layer.By optimization, the delay time of system access has been significantly reduced during the course selection.Through the test of the system, the system has been successfully applied to the educational administration work of Nanjing Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College. The practical application results show that the system can basically meet the needs of the students' teachers' educational administration information.And has the practicality strong characteristic.
