【摘要】：BOSS(BusinessOperation Support System)即業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)支持系統(tǒng),是從電信運(yùn)營(yíng)部門的計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展而來,包括業(yè)務(wù)支撐與運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐。完整的BOSS系統(tǒng)包括客戶資料管理、客戶業(yè)務(wù)管理、資費(fèi)管理、客戶賬單管理等功能。本課題中主要針對(duì)BOSS系統(tǒng)中計(jì)費(fèi)及結(jié)算子系統(tǒng),通過自主設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)易的計(jì)費(fèi)子系統(tǒng),主要完成電信業(yè)務(wù)中的資費(fèi)套餐管理,帳號(hào)業(yè)務(wù)管理以及用戶管理。所開發(fā)的子系統(tǒng)由電信的前臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)人員操作。計(jì)費(fèi)子系統(tǒng)基于B/S模式,應(yīng)用MVC框架設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),綜合應(yīng)用到Spring框架來建立完整的Web系統(tǒng)。在表現(xiàn)層,即系統(tǒng)前臺(tái),應(yīng)用JSP技術(shù)構(gòu)建用戶頁面,使用主要使用Java語言來實(shí)現(xiàn),用戶只需通過瀏覽器就可以接入,在前臺(tái)界面實(shí)現(xiàn)中綜合應(yīng)用到了HTML、CSS和JavaScript等技術(shù),頁面顯示中還會(huì)使用到JQuery庫(kù)以及Spring提供的標(biāo)簽庫(kù)。在控制層,即后臺(tái)管理程序,充分利用了Spring框架,通過Spring中的控制器@Controller控制程序流程,完成web請(qǐng)求的接受與處理。在業(yè)務(wù)層,應(yīng)用Spring中的業(yè)務(wù)@Service負(fù)責(zé)具體的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn),包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用Oracle,并選擇由MyBatis框架實(shí)現(xiàn)與系統(tǒng)的連接。最終通過模仿BOSS系統(tǒng)的計(jì)費(fèi)子系統(tǒng),建立了一個(gè)完整的計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng),具備設(shè)置套餐,開通業(yè)務(wù),開業(yè)務(wù)賬號(hào)服務(wù),費(fèi)用查詢和用戶管理等功能。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是一次軟件工程的實(shí)踐過程,系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)可以為電信企業(yè)提供一個(gè)可用的業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),無論是從理論實(shí)踐還是實(shí)際應(yīng)用上都具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:BOSS(BusinessOperation Support system is a business operation support system, which is developed from the billing system of telecom operation department, including business support and operation support.Complete BOSS system including customer data management, customer business management, tariff management, customer billing management and other functions.This paper mainly aims at the billing and settlement subsystem of BOSS system, and realizes a simple billing subsystem through the independent design, which mainly completes the tariff package management, account service management and user management in telecommunication business.The developed subsystem is operated by the front desk operator of the telecom.Based on the B / S model, the billing subsystem is designed and implemented by using MVC framework, and integrated into the Spring framework to build a complete Web system.In the presentation layer, that is, the system foreground, using JSP technology to build user pages, mainly using Java language to achieve, users can only access through the browser, in the foreground interface implementation of the integrated application of HTML CSS and JavaScript and other technologies,The JQuery library and the tag library provided by Spring are also used in the page display.In the control layer, that is, the background management program, the Spring framework is fully utilized to complete the acceptance and processing of web requests through the controller @ controller controller control program flow in Spring.In the business layer, the application of Spring business @ service is responsible for the specific business implementation, including database operations.The database uses Oracle and chooses to connect to the system by the MyBatis framework.Finally, by imitating the charging subsystem of the BOSS system, a complete billing system is established, which has the functions of setting up a set meal, opening a business, opening a business account service, cost inquiry and user management and so on.The realization of the system is a practical process of software engineering. The realization of the system can provide a useful business system for telecom enterprises.
