【摘要】：針對目前已有的問卷圖像版面分析算法無法自動(dòng)識別信息填寫區(qū)域和無法處理無固定格式的問卷圖像等問題,提出了一種連通區(qū)域和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的問卷圖像版面分析算法.首先獲得掃描得到的問卷圖像的中心有效圖形,接著提出并應(yīng)用了一種針對問卷圖像的快速傾斜矯正方法,對中心有效圖像進(jìn)行傾斜矯正;再利用水平投影進(jìn)行行分割得到問卷行;然后提取每個(gè)問卷行的首個(gè)連通區(qū)域判斷是否存在表格區(qū)域即表格問卷行,若存在表格問卷行,則對其進(jìn)行表格區(qū)域分布分析和表格類型判斷,得到可能的答案區(qū)域,否則直接對文本問卷行進(jìn)行分析,得到可能的答案區(qū)域;最后利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)判斷篩選區(qū)域的類型,得到最終的答案填寫區(qū)域.針對問卷圖像的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法可以準(zhǔn)確地識別各種問卷圖像中的信息填寫區(qū)域.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems that the existing algorithms of questionnaire image layout analysis can not automatically identify the information filling area and can not deal with the questionnaire images with no fixed format, this paper proposes a new algorithm of questionnaire image layout analysis based on the combination of connected region and neural network.Firstly, the central effective image of the questionnaire image is obtained, and then a fast skew correction method for the questionnaire image is proposed and applied to the center effective image.The first connected region of each row is extracted to determine whether there is a tabular area, that is, the questionnaire row, if there is a tabular questionnaire row.Then we analyze the distribution of tables and the types of tables, and get the possible answer areas, otherwise, we analyze the lines of the questionnaire directly and get the possible answer regions. Finally, we use the neural network to judge the types of the selected regions.Get the final answer and fill in the field.The experimental results on the questionnaire images show that the algorithm can accurately identify the information filling areas in various questionnaire images.
