【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展促進(jìn)了電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展使得數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì)的商務(wù)合同通過(guò)電子合同的方式訂立。電子合同第一要解決便是電子合同的訂立的問(wèn)題,電子合同的順利訂立與有效簽署是電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展的必不可少條件。與傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)合同相比,電子合同除了保持基本一致的合同屬性外,還具有自身獨(dú)特的特征和規(guī)則。這也為電子合同的訂立與前述帶來(lái)了新的問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題都是基于傳統(tǒng)合同的法律法規(guī)不曾遇見或是難以預(yù)料到的。作為電子商務(wù)的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,電子合同的發(fā)展可以為電子商務(wù)提供了完整的安全保障。本文的主要工作是對(duì)合同管理與電子合同簽署系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文首先在總體上對(duì)合同審批與電子合同簽署系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的可靠性、易用性、冗余性、開放性、可擴(kuò)展性等性能進(jìn)行了要求,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的接口,由于系統(tǒng)在安全性方面的特別要求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的安全性進(jìn)行了專門的設(shè)計(jì)。然后,論文把系統(tǒng)根據(jù)功能分成了合同審批子系統(tǒng)和電子合同簽署子系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)了合同審批子系統(tǒng)的功能架構(gòu),并把合同審批子系統(tǒng)的功能劃分成了起草、審核、查詢、管理、解除、確認(rèn)等幾個(gè)模塊,并設(shè)計(jì)了合同審批關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)流程。對(duì)于電子合同簽署子系統(tǒng),論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能邊界進(jìn)行了定義,把簽署子系統(tǒng)劃分了確認(rèn)、同步、驗(yàn)證、印章管理、證書管理等關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)模塊,對(duì)關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)模塊的功能和業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。在對(duì)合同審批與電子合同簽署兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)以后,對(duì)兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Internet information technology promotes the development of electronic commerce. With the development of electronic commerce, tens of thousands of business contracts are concluded through electronic contracts.The first solution to electronic contract is the conclusion of electronic contract. The successful conclusion and effective signing of electronic contract are the essential conditions for the development of electronic commerce.Compared with the traditional paper contract, electronic contract has its own unique characteristics and rules in addition to keeping the same contract attribute.This has also brought new problems to the formation of electronic contracts and to the foregoing, which are based on the laws and regulations of traditional contracts that have not been met or are difficult to predict.As an important field of e-commerce, the development of e-contract can provide complete security for e-commerce.The main work of this paper is the design and implementation of contract management and electronic contract signing system.Firstly, the system of contract approval and electronic contract signing is designed, and the system interface is designed, such as reliability, ease of use, redundancy, openness, expansibility and so on.Because of the special requirement of the system in the security aspect, the security of the system is specially designed.Then, the paper divides the system into contract approval subsystem and electronic contract signing subsystem, designs the functional framework of contract approval subsystem, and divides the function of contract approval subsystem into drafting, auditing, inquiry and management.Release, confirm and other modules, and design the key business process of contract approval.For the electronic contract signing subsystem, the paper defines the function boundary of the system, divides the signature subsystem into the key business modules, such as confirmation, synchronization, verification, seal management, certificate management, etc.The function and business process of the key business module are designed.After the detailed design of the two subsystems of contract approval and electronic contract signing, the key business of the two subsystems is realized.
