【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,信息化正以飛速發(fā)展的速度取代傳統(tǒng)的效率低迷的人工作業(yè)。計(jì)算機(jī)作為現(xiàn)如今最重要的信息產(chǎn)物,已經(jīng)成為大眾工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活不可或缺的工具。信息集成技術(shù)在企業(yè)信息化、日常管理、辦公應(yīng)用、財(cái)務(wù)管理等領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛,極大的提高了工作效能,優(yōu)化了資源配置,使得管理更加精細(xì)、規(guī)范和有效。在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的輔助下,各種管理機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始使用計(jì)算機(jī)處理大量信息。我國(guó)藥品種類多,規(guī)模大,手工記錄,查詢操作錯(cuò)誤,工作效率很低,已經(jīng)完全不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求。從管理以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的角度來(lái)看,已經(jīng)造成諸多的不便。所以,現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)非常需要一款有效、好用的藥物管理系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研,經(jīng)過(guò)慎重考慮,本人決定使用Java Swing的技術(shù),MysqlL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),ECLIPSE J2SE的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),等開(kāi)發(fā)藥物管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想是使醫(yī)藥行業(yè)具有更高效的管理工具,讓企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中立于不敗之地。我們可以借鑒國(guó)外優(yōu)秀的管理系統(tǒng),但是有的方面并不完全符合我國(guó)的國(guó)情,我國(guó)的最廣大藥物銷售的企業(yè)是分布在全國(guó)各地的中小型銷售企業(yè)。本文系統(tǒng)由系統(tǒng)用戶,職工信息管理,進(jìn)貨管理,銷售管理,庫(kù)存轉(zhuǎn)移管理等功能模塊組成。該五大功能相輔相成,符合藥物系統(tǒng)使用需求,界面也比較人性化,基本符合各大小型藥物銷售企業(yè)的管理需求。但由于開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)間非常倉(cāng)促以及本人知識(shí)面受限等多種客觀因素,系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中還不是很完善,與現(xiàn)在一些成熟、完善的藥物管理系統(tǒng)比較仍然有很大的不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, informatization is replacing the traditional manual work with low efficiency.As the most important information product, computer has become an indispensable tool for the public to work, study and live.Information integration technology is widely used in the fields of enterprise information, daily management, office application, financial management and so on. It greatly improves the working efficiency, optimizes the resource allocation, and makes the management more precise, standardized and effective.With the help of computer technology, a variety of regulatory agencies began to use computers to process large amounts of information.There are many kinds of drugs in our country, such as large scale, manual record, wrong query operation and low working efficiency, which can not meet the requirements of the development of the times.From a management and economic point of view, has caused a lot of inconvenience.Therefore, the modern market is in great need of an effective, easy-to-use drug management system.After investigation and careful consideration, I have decided to use the technology of Java Swing to develop drug management system by using MySQL SQL database and developing platform of ECLIPSE J2SE.The design idea of the system is to make the medicine industry have more efficient management tools, so that the enterprise in the competitive modern society in an invincible position.We can learn from the foreign excellent management system, but some aspects are not fully in line with the national conditions, the largest number of drug sales enterprises in China is the distribution of small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the country.The system consists of system users, employee information management, purchase management, sales management, inventory transfer management and other functional modules.The five functions complement each other, meet the demand of drug system, and the interface is more humanized, which basically accords with the management requirements of the large and small drug sales enterprises.But because the development time is very short and I have limited knowledge and other objective factors, the system in the development process is not very perfect, and now some mature, perfect drug management system still has a lot of shortcomings.
