分波段照明法實現(xiàn)單透鏡大景深成像

【摘要】:基于透鏡色散原理,提出了運用分波段照明法擴大單透鏡成像景深的方法.理論推導出物距和照明光波長之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,據(jù)此選擇相應波段的照明光源,通過照明光學設(shè)計,使不同物距的物體均能清晰成像在同一像面上.ZEMAX軟件模擬結(jié)果與理論分析吻合.采用自行設(shè)計的圖像采集系統(tǒng),只用一個35mm焦距普通雙凸透鏡進行實驗測試.人眼主觀和專業(yè)軟件測試結(jié)果均表明:采用分波段照明方式比用白光照明景深擴大81.8%,分辨率最大提升200.3%;比只用單色光照明景深擴大了93.6%,分辨率最大提升189.7%.
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of lens dispersion, a method of enlarging the depth of field of a single lens by using the split-band illumination method is proposed.It is deduced theoretically that there is a positive correlation between object distance and illumination wavelength. According to this, the illumination light source in the corresponding band is selected, and the illumination optical design is carried out.All objects with different distances can be clearly imaged on the same image plane. The simulation results of the software ZEMAX are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.A self-designed image acquisition system is used, and only one 35mm normal double convex lens is used for experimental test.The results of subjective and professional software test of human eyes show that the depth of field with sub-band illumination is 81.8% larger than that with white light, and the resolution is 200.3.The field depth of monochromatic illumination is 93.66.The maximum resolution is 189.7%.
