【摘要】：在國家教育行業(yè)信息化建設的政策背景下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信網(wǎng)絡技術所代表的新一代網(wǎng)絡信息化平臺也在校園網(wǎng)絡信息化建設中起到了關鍵的作用。同時“智慧校園”、“數(shù)字課堂”等一些代表著更高應用水平的信息化建設平臺的概念也都相繼問世。本課題從高校傳統(tǒng)的教務管理模式和方法出法,對比新技術、新環(huán)境支撐下提出的新的教務管理方法,深入的研究了利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡平臺中如何實現(xiàn)更高效的教務管理新模式、更理想的管理系統(tǒng)操作平臺、更規(guī)范的教務過程管理以及更合理的成績評價與反饋方法,從而提高各級院校教學管理過程中信息化水平,并提出在未來大數(shù)據(jù)時代面前各教學應用子系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的趨勢及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。本課題研究的主要內容是如何利用當今移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信技術與教育教學活動相結合,豐富教務教學管理模式,使教師和學生利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡信息化平臺提高教學管理的主動性,革新教學思維和方法�；赟pring和MVC的高校教務管理系統(tǒng)在軟件方面以工作流技術、Java技術、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術、Android系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺為基礎,針對于教務教學管理環(huán)節(jié)中主要的業(yè)務邏輯實現(xiàn)教師與學生的信息管理、學生學籍管理、學生成績管理、教師教學管理和移動終端平臺等等多個業(yè)務模塊進行需求分析和設計研究。提出了在高校教務管理系統(tǒng)日趨成熟的今天,提出利用移動終端平臺,提高系統(tǒng)的靈活性。硬件方面搭建安全穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)服務器平臺,引入通信領域相關信息技術實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的高速交互,從而對整個移動網(wǎng)絡教學平臺系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)通信的支持�，F(xiàn)代化教務管理平臺的應用為管理者提供改善教學條件,加強教學管理,深化教學改革,及時的課程反饋,提高教學質量的重要依據(jù)。在高速的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息時代為開啟教務教學管理新模式提出一定的理論實踐基礎。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the national educational information construction policy, the new generation of network information platform represented by the Internet communication network technology also plays a key role in the campus network information construction.At the same time, the concepts of intelligent campus, digital classroom and other information construction platform which represent higher application level have come out one after another.This topic from the traditional educational administration management mode and method of colleges and universities, contrasts the new technology, the new educational administration management method proposed under the new environment, has deeply studied how to realize the more efficient educational administration management new pattern by using the Internet platform.More ideal management system operating platform, more standardized educational administration process management and more reasonable evaluation and feedback methods, thus improving the level of informatization in the teaching management process of colleges and universities at all levels,It also points out the development trend and challenges of teaching application subsystems in the future big data era.The main content of this research is how to combine the mobile Internet communication technology with educational activities, enrich the teaching management mode, and make teachers and students use the Internet information platform to improve the initiative of teaching management.Innovation of teaching thinking and methods.The university educational administration management system based on Spring and MVC is based on workflow technology and database technology, which is based on the development platform of Spring system. Aiming at the main business logic in teaching management of educational administration, the information management of teachers and students is realized.Several business modules, such as student status management, student achievement management, teacher teaching management and mobile terminal platform, are analyzed and designed.In this paper, it is put forward that the flexibility of the system can be improved by using the mobile terminal platform when the educational administration management system in colleges and universities is becoming more mature.In the aspect of hardware, we build a secure and stable system server platform, and introduce the related information technology in the communication field to realize the high-speed data exchange, so as to provide the data communication support for the whole mobile network teaching platform system.The application of modern educational administration platform provides important basis for managers to improve teaching conditions, strengthen teaching management, deepen teaching reform, provide timely course feedback and improve teaching quality.In the high-speed internet information age, a certain theoretical and practical basis is put forward for opening a new mode of educational administration teaching management.
