【摘要】：我國已經(jīng)是一個工業(yè)大國,眾多生產(chǎn)企業(yè)隨著業(yè)務(wù)的需求生產(chǎn)量的加大變得越來越壯大,當企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模達到了一定程度后,簡單的人為的管理方法就不再適用,企業(yè)需要一種科學(xué)的、被廣泛應(yīng)用的、可持續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)的高效管理工具來幫助進行管理和決策。為了幫助企業(yè)解決這些問題,在此背景下誕生了ERP系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過多年的應(yīng)用與完善,現(xiàn)在的ERP系統(tǒng)變得更加完美,已經(jīng)可以幫助企業(yè)解決更多的問題,管理更多的資源,發(fā)展至今ERP系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)可以根據(jù)多元的數(shù)據(jù)來源進行大數(shù)據(jù)分析,幫助企業(yè)做出正確的決策,針對問題提供更好的解決方案。論文對我國ERP系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程及技術(shù)特點進行綜述,結(jié)合云計算和面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)的研究,在SOA框架下引入了以訂單為導(dǎo)向的云計算ERP服務(wù)體系計算模型(OC-ERP-SS)。該模型為跨國生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供了一個開放的、面向?qū)嵱谩⒖蓴U展、服務(wù)可重用的企業(yè)數(shù)字化生態(tài)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。論文在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于云計算和SOA架構(gòu)的面向跨國生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的ERP實施方案,旨在構(gòu)建一個支持多租戶、高可擴展和可重用的ERP系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)降低企業(yè)的運行成本和人力成本,幫助企業(yè)在激烈的競爭環(huán)境中能夠高效的處理生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)。通過C企業(yè)ERP項目實施案例全面展示了從需求分析、ERP系統(tǒng)選型、二次開發(fā)、上線實施乃至用戶培訓(xùn)等核心環(huán)節(jié)技術(shù)細節(jié),歸納總結(jié)了跨國生產(chǎn)類企業(yè)在實施ERP過程中的主要步驟;對個性化數(shù)據(jù)存儲方案設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)實體關(guān)系分析以及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計進行重點說明;對跨國生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中的物料管理和采購管理等環(huán)節(jié)的ERP實施細節(jié)和上線測試時遇到實際問題進行了實例分析并提出了解決方案。經(jīng)半年多運行,實踐證明該ERP系統(tǒng),中心數(shù)據(jù)平臺軟硬件配置合理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)負載均衡,軟件業(yè)務(wù)流程穩(wěn)健可靠,能夠充分滿足企業(yè)客戶需求,得到一致好評。
[Abstract]:Our country is already a big industrial country, many production enterprises become more and more strong with the increase of business demand, when the production scale of the enterprise reaches a certain level, the simple artificial management method is no longer applicable.Enterprises need a scientific, widely used, sustainable and efficient management tool to help them manage and make decisions.In order to help enterprises solve these problems, under this background, ERP system was born. After many years of application and improvement, the current ERP system has become more perfect, which can help enterprises solve more problems and manage more resources.Up to now, ERP system has been able to carry on big data analysis according to the multivariate data sources, help enterprises to make correct decision, and provide better solution to the problem.In this paper, the development and technical characteristics of ERP system in China are summarized. Combined with the research of cloud computing and service-oriented architecture, an order-oriented computing model of cloud computing ERP service system is introduced under the framework of SOA.The model provides an open, practical, extensible and reusable enterprise digital ecological service system for multinational manufacturing enterprises.On this basis, this paper proposes a ERP implementation scheme for multinational manufacturing enterprises based on cloud computing and SOA architecture, which aims to build a multi-tenant, highly scalable and reusable ERP system.It can reduce the operation cost and manpower cost of the enterprise, and help the enterprise to deal with the production business efficiently in the fierce competition environment.Through the C enterprise ERP project implementation case, the paper comprehensively demonstrates the technical details of the core links, such as the selection of ERP system, secondary development, on-line implementation and even user training, etc.The main steps in the process of implementing ERP in multinational production enterprises are summarized, and the design of personalized data storage scheme, the analysis of data entity relationship and the design of database are emphasized.The implementation details of ERP in material management and purchasing management in multinational manufacturing enterprises and the practical problems encountered in on-line testing are analyzed and the solutions are put forward.After more than half a year of operation, the practice proves that the ERP system, the central data platform has reasonable hardware and software configuration, network load balance, the software business process is robust and reliable, can fully meet the needs of enterprise customers, and has been well received.
