基于RFID技術(shù)的生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈溯源系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,由于生豬行業(yè)的信息化水平普遍滯后,生豬養(yǎng)殖、屠宰加工、物流運(yùn)輸、產(chǎn)品銷售等各環(huán)節(jié)獲取的信息完整性、準(zhǔn)確性較低以及各環(huán)節(jié)溯源信息之間缺乏有效的關(guān)聯(lián)性,導(dǎo)致了生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈溯源信息的跟蹤追溯成為了急需解決的問題。本文擬開展實施豬肉產(chǎn)品溯源信息跟蹤追溯,實現(xiàn)生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈在養(yǎng)殖、屠宰加工、物流運(yùn)輸、銷售等各個環(huán)節(jié)的信息數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤追溯。結(jié)合溯源系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,將射頻識別技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)同步技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)以及無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)應(yīng)用到生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的跟蹤溯源系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用開發(fā)。通過對關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)研究,針對其不同的特點(diǎn)分析,提出了一套完整的生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈追蹤溯源的具體方案,以保證生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈溯源過程中關(guān)鍵信息采集的準(zhǔn)確性、安全性和實時性。針對RFID系統(tǒng)中多個標(biāo)簽同時與閱讀器交互所產(chǎn)出的碰撞問題,以及二進(jìn)制搜索算法中出現(xiàn)的信息冗余和搜索效率低的情況,提出一種改進(jìn)二進(jìn)制搜索防碰撞算法。該算法動態(tài)地調(diào)整閱讀器發(fā)送的指令,利用標(biāo)簽沖突位構(gòu)建識別樹,從而大幅降低了閱讀器與標(biāo)簽的交互次數(shù)及傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)量,有效地提高了標(biāo)簽識別的效率。構(gòu)建生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈溯源系統(tǒng)。整個生豬溯源系統(tǒng)由標(biāo)簽信息管理子系統(tǒng)、生豬養(yǎng)殖信息管理子系統(tǒng)、屠宰加工信息管理子系統(tǒng)、流通運(yùn)輸信息管理子系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品銷售信息管理子系統(tǒng)組成。采用C#基礎(chǔ)語言研發(fā)基于C/S模式的應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng)來管理生豬全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各個環(huán)節(jié)的數(shù)據(jù)信息。利用SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫安全存儲溯源信息,保證每個節(jié)點(diǎn)的信息能夠安全、及時、準(zhǔn)確的上傳至中心服務(wù)器。
[Abstract]:At present, the information level of pig industry generally lags behind, pig breeding, slaughtering and processing, logistics transportation, product sales and other links to obtain information integrity, low accuracy and lack of effective correlation between each link traceability information.As a result of the whole pig industry chain traceability information traceability has become an urgent problem.This paper intends to carry out the tracing and tracing of pork product traceability information to realize the tracing and tracing of information and data in the whole industry chain of live pigs in the aspects of breeding, slaughtering and processing, logistics transportation, sales and so on.Combined with the structure of traceability system, the key technologies such as radio frequency identification (RFID), data synchronization, database and wireless network technology are applied to the application and development of the whole pig industry chain traceability system.Based on the study of key technology and the analysis of its different characteristics, this paper puts forward a set of concrete schemes for tracing the whole pig industry chain to ensure the accuracy of the key information collection in the whole pig industry chain tracing process.Security and real-time.Aiming at the collision problem caused by multiple tags interacting with readers in RFID system, and the information redundancy and low search efficiency in binary search algorithm, an improved binary search anti-collision algorithm is proposed.The algorithm dynamically adjusts the instructions sent by the reader and constructs the recognition tree by using the tag collision bit, which greatly reduces the number of interactions between the reader and the tag and the amount of data transmitted, and effectively improves the efficiency of tag recognition.Build the whole pig industry chain traceability system.The whole traceability system consists of label information management subsystem, pig breeding information management subsystem, slaughtering and processing information management subsystem, circulation transportation information management subsystem and product sales information management subsystem.C # basic language is used to develop the application subsystem based on C / S model to manage the data information of the whole pig industry chain.The SQL Server2008 database is used to store traceability information safely, so that the information of each node can be safely, timely and accurately uploaded to the central server.
