基于BIM的建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中不可或缺的部分,近年來隨著市場競爭的加劇,建筑項(xiàng)目的投資力度日益增大,設(shè)計(jì)理念不斷創(chuàng)新,技術(shù)難度一直增加。在這種環(huán)境下,建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈現(xiàn)出越來越明顯的多樣性,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的難度也隨之不斷提升,F(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)特別是BIM(Building Information Model)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)給建筑業(yè)帶來了難得的機(jī)遇。BIM技術(shù)的高度集成化和共享性使項(xiàng)目在整個(gè)進(jìn)程中的效率得到極大的提高,同時(shí)降低了風(fēng)險(xiǎn),增加了項(xiàng)目的效益。本文在對建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和BIM技術(shù)深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究。首先,通過對國內(nèi)外BIM技術(shù)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理文獻(xiàn)的深入研究,介紹了其相關(guān)理論,并詳細(xì)分析了BIM技術(shù)在建筑項(xiàng)目各階段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢;其次,借助BIM協(xié)同平臺(tái),以RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification,射頻識別技術(shù))技術(shù)為信息采集、傳遞手段,復(fù)雜事件處理技術(shù)為信息處理手段,4D-BIM為分析工具,從建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息的采集、處理、傳遞與共享出發(fā),構(gòu)建了基于BIM的建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理信息模型,并詳細(xì)闡述了BIM協(xié)同平臺(tái)中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息交換標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程中需要用到的關(guān)鍵方法;最后,以Java為基礎(chǔ)語言對基于BIM技術(shù)的建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行界面設(shè)計(jì)和功能開發(fā),并通過案例進(jìn)行模擬應(yīng)用,使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程變得簡單高效,實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的自動(dòng)化和規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is an indispensable part in the development of national economy. In recent years, with the aggravation of the market competition, the investment intensity of the construction project is increasing day by day, the design idea is innovating constantly, and the technical difficulty has been increasing.In this environment, construction project risk presents more and more obvious diversity, and the difficulty of risk management is also increasing.The emergence of modern information technology, especially BIM(Building Information Model, has brought a rare opportunity to the construction industry. The high integration and sharing of the technology has greatly improved the efficiency of the project in the whole process and reduced the risk.The benefit of the project was increased.Based on the deep analysis of construction project risk and BIM technology, this paper applies BIM technology to the field of construction project risk management and carries on project risk management research.First of all, through the in-depth study of BIM technology and risk management literature at home and abroad, introduced its related theory, and analyzed the application advantage of BIM technology in every stage of construction project risk management in detail. Secondly, with the help of BIM collaborative platform,Taking RFID(Radio Frequency identity (RFID) technology as information collection, transmission means, complex event processing technology as information processing means and 4D-BIM as analysis tool, starting from the acquisition, processing, transmission and sharing of construction project risk information.The risk management information model of construction project based on BIM is constructed, and the standard of risk information exchange in BIM collaborative platform and the key methods used in the process of risk management are expounded in detail.The interface design and function development of construction project risk management system based on BIM technology are carried out with Java as the basic language, and the process of risk management becomes simple and efficient through the simulation and application of cases.The automation and standardization of construction project risk management are realized.
