【摘要】：針對(duì)局部約束線性編碼(LLC)沒有考慮到特征描述符與視覺單詞之間的顯著相似關(guān)系問題,提出了結(jié)合顯著相似關(guān)系的局部約束線性編碼.通過顯著kNN搜索方法和顯著最大池方法將顯著相似關(guān)系結(jié)合到LLC中,首先計(jì)算描述符和視覺單詞之間的顯著相似度,然后分別加入到kNN搜索方法和最大池方法中對(duì)LLC進(jìn)行改進(jìn),最后在UIUC8等數(shù)據(jù)集上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn).該方法相比傳統(tǒng)LLC方法及其改進(jìn)方法,圖像分類精度有一定的提升.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of significant similarity between feature descriptors and visual words, LLC (Local constraint Linear coding) is proposed to combine the significant similarity relationship with local constrained Linear coding (LLC).The significant similarity relationship is combined into LLC by significant kNN search method and significant maximum Pool method. The significant similarity between descriptor and visual word is calculated first, and then the LLC is improved by adding kNN search method and maximum Pool method respectively.Finally, experiments are carried out on data sets such as UIUC8.Compared with the traditional LLC method and its improved method, this method improves the accuracy of image classification to a certain extent.
