【摘要】：A軟件企業(yè)主要從事網(wǎng)吧管理軟件的研發(fā)與開發(fā),截止目前,A軟件企業(yè)的各項業(yè)務(wù)已進(jìn)入到一個快速發(fā)展的階段;為進(jìn)一步拓展業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,A軟件企業(yè)先后探索了多元化業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展模式,繼公共安全軟件的開發(fā)后,先后推出了廣告、電影及游戲更新軟件等業(yè)務(wù)。A軟件企業(yè)屬于IT行業(yè)的范疇,從這點(diǎn)來講,A軟件企業(yè)完全具有該行業(yè)的一些特點(diǎn),由于該企業(yè)開發(fā)出的產(chǎn)品其主要服務(wù)于網(wǎng)吧這樣一個集多部門監(jiān)督的對象,在很大程度上受國家政策的影響,致使A軟件企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中存在一定的政治風(fēng)險,從這點(diǎn)來講,A軟件企業(yè)一直處于一個市場多重風(fēng)險的狀態(tài)之中。為進(jìn)一步適應(yīng)A軟件企業(yè)的內(nèi)部管理需要,全面預(yù)算在A軟件企業(yè)中得到了全面實(shí)施。其主要表現(xiàn)為:(1)市場開發(fā)目標(biāo)得以規(guī)劃,且對A軟件企業(yè)的利潤增長點(diǎn)作了進(jìn)一步的明確;(2)有效的對各項成本費(fèi)用進(jìn)行了控制,同時對各項支出提出了明確計劃;(3)降低了A軟件企業(yè)的各項風(fēng)險如經(jīng)營與財務(wù)風(fēng)險,進(jìn)而為A軟件企業(yè)內(nèi)部的資金鏈提供了安全保障;(4)為A軟件企業(yè)進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供了保障;(5)A軟件企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效率得以提高,同時對各部門的業(yè)績考核情況作出了進(jìn)一步的明確,確保企業(yè)規(guī)范運(yùn)行。但從A軟件企業(yè)多年來的運(yùn)行情況來看,其在全面預(yù)算的過程中同樣存在很多問題,如預(yù)算編制方法單一等,針對這種情況,本文提出A軟件企業(yè)全面預(yù)算管理過程中存在的問題,并通過相關(guān)理論,提出改進(jìn)措施,提高A軟件企業(yè)全面預(yù)算管理能力及水平,增強(qiáng)A軟件企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:A software enterprise is mainly engaged in the research and development of Internet bar management software. Up to now, the business of A software enterprise has entered a stage of rapid development.In order to further expand the business field, A software enterprises have explored the diversified business development model. After the development of public security software, they have launched the business of advertising, film and game update software and other business .A software enterprises belong to the IT industry.From this point of view, a software enterprise has some characteristics of the industry. Because the products developed by the enterprise mainly serve the object of multi-sector supervision of Internet cafes, to a large extent, they are influenced by state policies.As a result, there are certain political risks in the process of development of A software enterprises, and from this point of view, A software enterprises are always in the state of multiple risks in the market.In order to further meet the internal management needs of A software enterprises, the overall budget has been fully implemented in A software enterprises.Its main performance is that the goal of market development can be planned, and the profit growth point of A software enterprise is further defined. (2) all kinds of cost and expenses are effectively controlled.At the same time, a clear plan is put forward to reduce the risks of A software enterprises, such as operating and financial risks.Furthermore, it provides a safety guarantee for the internal capital chain of A software enterprise. It also provides a guarantee for A software enterprise to further realize its strategic objectives. The operating efficiency of the software enterprise is improved.At the same time, the performance of the departments to make further clear, to ensure the standard operation of enterprises.However, judging from the operating situation of A software enterprises over the years, there are also many problems in the overall budget process, such as a single budget preparation method, and so on. In view of this situation,This paper puts forward the problems existing in the process of A software enterprise's total budget management, and through the relevant theory, puts forward the improvement measures, enhances the A software enterprise's overall budget management ability and the level, strengthens the A software enterprise's market competition ability.
