一種基于改進(jìn)ZS細(xì)化算法的指針儀表檢測(cè)

【摘要】:針對(duì)ZS細(xì)化算法存在二像素畸變、細(xì)化不徹底等問(wèn)題,提出一種改進(jìn)的細(xì)化算法。對(duì)二值圖像采用ZS細(xì)化算法進(jìn)行初步細(xì)化,將初步細(xì)化后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行全細(xì)化識(shí)別,依據(jù)識(shí)別結(jié)果對(duì)未完全細(xì)化的圖像采用4連通細(xì)化模板實(shí)現(xiàn)徹底細(xì)化。同時(shí)對(duì)細(xì)化過(guò)程可能出現(xiàn)的斷點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,采用構(gòu)造保留模版的方法加以解決,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)圖像的有效細(xì)化。以油量表為例,結(jié)合改進(jìn)細(xì)化算法實(shí)現(xiàn)儀表讀數(shù)識(shí)別。仿真結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)細(xì)化算法在保持原有ZS細(xì)化算法快速性的基礎(chǔ)上可有效地解決二像素畸變、像素冗余的問(wèn)題,并實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確的指針讀數(shù)識(shí)別。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of two-pixel distortion and incomplete thinning in ZS thinning algorithm, an improved thinning algorithm is proposed. According to the recognition result, the 4 connected thinning template is used to realize the complete thinning of the incomplete thinning image. At the same time, the breakpoint problem that may appear in the thinning process is solved by the method of constructing the reserved template. Then the effective thinning of the target image is realized. Taking the oil meter as an example, the instrument reading recognition is realized by combining with the improved thinning algorithm. The simulation results show that, The improved thinning algorithm can effectively solve the problems of two-pixel distortion and pixel redundancy on the basis of keeping the speed of the original ZS thinning algorithm and realize accurate pointer reading recognition.
