一種基于改進ZS細化算法的指針儀表檢測

【摘要】:針對ZS細化算法存在二像素畸變、細化不徹底等問題,提出一種改進的細化算法。對二值圖像采用ZS細化算法進行初步細化,將初步細化后的結(jié)果進行全細化識別,依據(jù)識別結(jié)果對未完全細化的圖像采用4連通細化模板實現(xiàn)徹底細化。同時對細化過程可能出現(xiàn)的斷點問題,采用構(gòu)造保留模版的方法加以解決,進而實現(xiàn)目標圖像的有效細化。以油量表為例,結(jié)合改進細化算法實現(xiàn)儀表讀數(shù)識別。仿真結(jié)果表明,改進細化算法在保持原有ZS細化算法快速性的基礎(chǔ)上可有效地解決二像素畸變、像素冗余的問題,并實現(xiàn)準確的指針讀數(shù)識別。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of two-pixel distortion and incomplete thinning in ZS thinning algorithm, an improved thinning algorithm is proposed. According to the recognition result, the 4 connected thinning template is used to realize the complete thinning of the incomplete thinning image. At the same time, the breakpoint problem that may appear in the thinning process is solved by the method of constructing the reserved template. Then the effective thinning of the target image is realized. Taking the oil meter as an example, the instrument reading recognition is realized by combining with the improved thinning algorithm. The simulation results show that, The improved thinning algorithm can effectively solve the problems of two-pixel distortion and pixel redundancy on the basis of keeping the speed of the original ZS thinning algorithm and realize accurate pointer reading recognition.
