【摘要】：本文針對信息時代背景下,年輕白領(lǐng)及高校學(xué)生面臨的時間管理壓力問題,結(jié)合理論研究,運(yùn)用目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向設(shè)計方法,提出了符合第四代時間管理理念的軟件設(shè)計方案。理論研究階段,本文主要工作為:1)引入“信息交流理論”,從信息交流的角度,梳理管理學(xué)及認(rèn)知心理學(xué)中與時間管理相關(guān)的研究成果;2)結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究,構(gòu)建起綜合用戶、軟件和環(huán)境因素的時間管理系統(tǒng)模型;3)在模型基礎(chǔ)上,分析了軟件對時間管理過程的影響方式,歸納了軟件在計劃監(jiān)督、認(rèn)知引導(dǎo)和信息沉淀三方面的作用。為相關(guān)軟件的功能設(shè)計提供理論支撐。設(shè)計研究階段,本文采用目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向設(shè)計方法,研究了以下內(nèi)容:1)通過市場調(diào)研,了解現(xiàn)有時間管理軟件設(shè)計的優(yōu)缺點;2)通過用戶訪談及用戶角色模型的建立,了解年輕白領(lǐng)和學(xué)生群體的態(tài)度、能力和行為模式等特征;3)通過場景劇本的構(gòu)建,梳理時間管理相關(guān)需求。為軟件設(shè)計提供方向與具體目標(biāo)。設(shè)計實踐階段,本文主要成果為:1)構(gòu)建了側(cè)重認(rèn)知引導(dǎo)和信息沉淀功能的時間管理軟件原型;2)設(shè)計了符合用戶心理模型的軟件操作界面;3)借助高保真原型展開用戶測試,評估了該軟件的可用性,初步驗證了課題研究成果的有效性。經(jīng)項目團(tuán)隊共同努力,本文設(shè)計成果已落實到軟件代碼并在應(yīng)用市場上線,豐富了時間管理軟件的類型,為相關(guān)軟件的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the pressure of time management faced by young white-collar and college students under the background of the information age, this paper applies goal-oriented design method in combination with theoretical research. This paper puts forward a software design scheme that conforms to the fourth generation time management concept. In the theoretical research stage, the main work of this paper is to introduce "information exchange theory" from the angle of information exchange. Combing the research achievements related to time management in management and cognitive psychology, we combined the literature research to construct a time management system model which integrates user, software and environment factors. This paper analyzes the influence of software on the process of time management, summarizes the functions of software in three aspects: plan supervision, cognitive guidance and information precipitation. It provides theoretical support for the functional design of related software. This paper adopts the goal-oriented design method, studies the following content: 1) through market research, understands the advantages and disadvantages of the existing time management software design. 2) through the user interview and the user role model establishment, understands the young white-collar and the student group's attitude. Through the construction of scenario script, combing the needs related to time management, it provides direction and specific objectives for software design. The main achievements of this paper are: (1) constructing a time management software prototype with emphasis on cognitive guidance and information precipitation. () designing a software operating interface that conforms to the user's psychological model, and developing user testing with the help of a high fidelity prototype. The usability of the software is evaluated, and the validity of the research results is preliminarily verified. Through the joint efforts of the project team, the design results of this paper have been implemented into the software code and put on line in the application market, which enriches the types of time management software. It provides a reference for the innovative design of related software.
