【摘要】：通過對(duì)氣象為農(nóng)服務(wù)的背景分析,系統(tǒng)闡述直通式氣象服務(wù)的主要任務(wù)和具體要求。結(jié)合服務(wù)需求,提出建立直通式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的基本思路與模塊功能設(shè)計(jì)。通過用戶信息子系統(tǒng)、服務(wù)咨詢子系統(tǒng)、商務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)、信息推送子系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)針對(duì)新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體的直通式、個(gè)性化服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the background of meteorological service for agriculture, the main tasks and specific requirements of direct-through meteorological service are expounded systematically.According to the service demand, this paper puts forward the basic idea and the module function design of the straight-through service system.Through the construction of user information subsystem, service consultation subsystem, business management subsystem and information push subsystem, we can realize the straight-through and individualized service for the new agricultural management subject.
