【摘要】:針對(duì)目前裝備維修過程中存在的復(fù)雜度高、上手慢和安全性低等問題,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)誘導(dǎo)維修原型系統(tǒng),并圍繞增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)闡述了誘導(dǎo)維修系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn);采用了模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過分析誘導(dǎo)維修系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需求,對(duì)系統(tǒng)所需要的各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并且使得系統(tǒng)的維修任務(wù)能夠根據(jù)維修對(duì)象的改變?cè)诳蚣懿蛔兊那疤嵯碌玫叫薷幕蛏?jí);利用該原型系統(tǒng)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)活塞環(huán)和離合器片更換兩項(xiàng)維修任務(wù)進(jìn)行了誘導(dǎo),驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的功能。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of high complexity, slow operation and low security in the process of equipment maintenance at present, a prototype system of induced maintenance is constructed, and the design and implementation of induced maintenance system is described around the key technology of augmented reality.The modular design method is used to design each functional module of the system by analyzing the design requirements of the induced maintenance system.And the maintenance task of the system can be modified or upgraded under the same frame according to the change of the maintenance object. The prototype system is used to induce the engine piston ring and clutch disc to replace the two maintenance tasks.The function of the system is verified.
