【摘要】：隨著信息化得發(fā)展,企業(yè)對(duì)IT系統(tǒng)的依賴(lài)性越來(lái)越強(qiáng),IT規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,IT架構(gòu)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,IT管理和維護(hù)的成本越來(lái)越大。企業(yè)現(xiàn)在普遍缺乏一個(gè)有效實(shí)用的綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)完整的IT架構(gòu)監(jiān)控和管理。企業(yè)缺乏統(tǒng)一集中綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的局面,使得企業(yè)IT運(yùn)營(yíng)人員不得不面臨許多挑戰(zhàn):學(xué)習(xí)各種領(lǐng)域知識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)各種管理系統(tǒng)、熟悉各種操作系統(tǒng)、熟悉各種設(shè)備儀器、處理故障時(shí)在各種工具間切換等。因此,想辦法構(gòu)建一個(gè)IT綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)就變得很有意義。本文主要研究基于分布式的IT綜合管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。本人的主要工作是對(duì)撥測(cè)模塊,應(yīng)用可用性管理模塊和告警管理模塊進(jìn)行系需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)及測(cè)試的全過(guò)程。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)介紹主要使用關(guān)鍵的技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)日志(Syslog)協(xié)議是在一個(gè)IP網(wǎng)中轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)系統(tǒng)日志信息的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),Syslog記錄著系統(tǒng)中的任何事件,管理者可以通過(guò)查看系統(tǒng)記錄隨時(shí)掌握系統(tǒng)狀況。面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)(SOA)是一個(gè)組件模型,它將應(yīng)用程序的不同功能單元(稱(chēng)為服務(wù))通過(guò)這些服務(wù)之間定義良好的接口和契約聯(lián)系起來(lái)。J2EE(Java 2 Platform,Enterprise Edition)是一個(gè)為大企業(yè)主機(jī)級(jí)的計(jì)算類(lèi)型而設(shè)計(jì)的Java平臺(tái)。(2)介紹了平臺(tái)如何設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的。通過(guò)Syslog,SNAP TRAP方式采集日志數(shù)據(jù)獲取設(shè)備信息,用分布式架構(gòu),可以部署多個(gè)采集點(diǎn),緩解中心服務(wù)器壓力,通過(guò)Java web方式展示監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù),生成告警信息和分析報(bào)告。本文對(duì)撥測(cè)管理和應(yīng)用管理兩個(gè)模塊,通過(guò)UML建模的方式分析了具體的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)節(jié)。(3)介紹了平臺(tái)的測(cè)試環(huán)境,測(cè)試計(jì)劃和測(cè)試用例,完成了平臺(tái)的白盒測(cè)試和黑盒測(cè)試。使用J2EE框架,struts2進(jìn)行MVC分離,前臺(tái)集成echart,jquery,等技術(shù),完成了基于分布式的綜合監(jiān)控平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。該平臺(tái)基于Web的集中管理模式,遵循面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),具有高度集成化和先進(jìn)性、安全性、開(kāi)放性、可擴(kuò)展性、高效性、高可靠性等系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn);該系統(tǒng)融合了網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、主機(jī)系統(tǒng)管理、應(yīng)用服務(wù)管理、業(yè)務(wù)管理等各種IT因素的統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控管理平臺(tái),并從業(yè)務(wù)視角出發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)上述各項(xiàng)管理數(shù)據(jù)的共享集中、互通互融,從而能夠綜合量化企業(yè)IT基礎(chǔ)和企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的總體服務(wù)品質(zhì),為IT運(yùn)維管理提供了更全面,合理,人性化的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, Enterprises rely more and more on IT system; IT scale becomes larger and larger; IT architecture becomes more and more complex; IT management and maintenance costs are increasing. Enterprises generally lack of an effective and practical integrated monitoring system to achieve complete IT management and maintenance. It architecture monitoring and management. Enterprises lack of unified centralized integrated monitoring system situation, The enterprise IT operators have to face many challenges: learning knowledge in various fields, learning various management systems, familiar with various operating systems, familiar with various equipment and instruments, switching between various tools when dealing with failures, and so on. It is very meaningful to find a way to build an IT integrated monitoring platform. This paper mainly studies the design and implementation of IT integrated management platform based on distributed. My main work is to dial the test module. The usability management module and the alarm management module are used to analyze the requirements of the system. The main contents of this paper include the introduction of the key technologies. The system log log protocol is a standard for forwarding system log information in an IP network. Syslog records any events in the system. Managers can keep track of the state of the system by looking at system records. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a component model. It introduces that the different functional units of applications (called services) are linked to each other by well-defined interfaces and contracts between these services. J2EE Java 2 platform for Enterprise Edition is a Java platform designed for computing types at the mainframe level in large enterprises. How to design and implement the platform is designed and implemented. The logging data is collected by SyslogNAP TRAP to obtain the device information. With distributed architecture, multiple collection points can be deployed, the pressure of central server can be alleviated, monitoring data can be displayed by Java web, alarm information and analysis report can be generated. This paper introduces the test environment, test plan and test cases of the platform, and completes the white box test and black box test of the platform by analyzing the specific design and implementation details of the platform by UML modeling. J2EE framework is used to separate MVC. Based on the centralized management mode of Web, the platform is based on the centralized management mode of Web and follows the object-oriented design structure, which is highly integrated and advanced, safe and open. The system integrates the network management, host system management, application service management, service management, business management and other IT factors of unified monitoring and management platform, and from the business perspective, the system has the characteristics of scalability, high efficiency, high reliability and so on. The above management data can be shared and integrated, so as to quantify the overall service quality of enterprise IT foundation and business, and provide more comprehensive, reasonable and humanized service for IT operation and maintenance management.
