【摘要】：隨著信息化技術(shù)的不斷推進(jìn),企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公管理系統(tǒng)有利于提高企業(yè)辦公管理水平,滿足其內(nèi)部管理需求,促使其在市場競爭中占有優(yōu)勢。某建筑公司目前辦公管理依然采用單機(jī)版管理模式,極大降低了員工的工作效率。本文運(yùn)用軟件工程開發(fā)方法,設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑公司的系統(tǒng)辦公管理系統(tǒng)。本文以建筑公司的辦公自動(dòng)化建設(shè)作為研究背景,研究和分析實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑公司辦公自動(dòng)化功能需求。本論文重點(diǎn)介紹建筑公司協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)中的日常業(yè)務(wù)管理功能。本文首先對各個(gè)建筑公司的數(shù)字化網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,然后進(jìn)行需求分析,最終確立系統(tǒng)目標(biāo),結(jié)合建筑公司本身資源和發(fā)展趨勢,與建筑公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)協(xié)商,提出的系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案為B/S三層數(shù)據(jù)處理。系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)開發(fā)主要是采用JAVA,前臺(tái)界面主要采用J2EE技術(shù),后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫主要采用SQL Server 2005,最終構(gòu)建一個(gè)適用于建筑公司的協(xié)同辦公管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了協(xié)同工作模塊、電子郵件模塊、公告信息管理模塊、文檔管理和公文管理模塊、表單應(yīng)用模塊、日程計(jì)劃與會(huì)議管理模塊以及成本管理模塊等多個(gè)功能模塊。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)正式上線運(yùn)行,在實(shí)際工作當(dāng)中已充分得到測試與使用,普及廣泛且效果良好,受到建筑公司各部門員工的較好評價(jià)。實(shí)踐證明,該系統(tǒng)對提高建筑公司日常辦公工作的信息化管理水平具有實(shí)質(zhì)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the cooperative office management system is helpful to improve the level of office management and meet the internal management needs. At present, a construction company still adopts the single machine version management mode, which greatly reduces the working efficiency of the staff. This paper uses the software engineering development method. Design and implement the system office management system of the construction company. This paper takes the office automation construction of the construction company as the research background. This paper mainly introduces the daily business management function of the cooperative office system of the construction company. Firstly, this paper investigates the digital network office system of each construction company. Then the requirement analysis is carried out, the system goal is finally established, and the leaders of the construction company are consulted with the resources and development trend of the construction company itself. The system implementation scheme is three layers of B / S data processing. The background development of the system is mainly based on Java, and the front interface mainly adopts J2EE technology. The background database mainly adopts SQL Server 2005, finally constructs a cooperative office management system suitable for the construction company. This system designs and implements the cooperative work module, the email module, the announcement information management module. Document management and document management module, form application module, schedule planning and meeting management module, cost management module and other functional modules. The system has been officially put into operation, in the actual work has been fully tested and used. The system is widely popularized and has good effect, and has been appraised by the staff of every department of the construction company. The practice has proved that the system has the essential meaning to improve the information management level of the daily office work of the construction company.
