【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的背景下,推動(dòng)了各種類型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式的變革。財(cái)務(wù)管理工作需要滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)管理、監(jiān)督、控制等各方面的實(shí)際需求,不斷提升企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的透明化管理,以滿足各類企業(yè)對(duì)于財(cái)務(wù)決策的實(shí)際需求。本文以中小型科技企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理工作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于軟件工程相關(guān)理論,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)適用于此類企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。在此類企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理信息化的實(shí)際需求基礎(chǔ)上,采用面向?qū)ο蟮哪Ｊ綄?shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)總體包括需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)等若干步驟。從技術(shù)可行、操作可行兩個(gè)方面,對(duì)于該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)可行性進(jìn)行了分析,確保系統(tǒng)是全面可行的。選擇以.NET作為該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺(tái),以SQL Server作為數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)劃分。分析了軟件系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能和性能指標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)需求建模。將系統(tǒng)用戶劃分成為多種參與者,構(gòu)建了參與者用例需求分析模型。將系統(tǒng)總體劃分成為憑證管理、工資管理、固定資產(chǎn)管理、帳簿管理等四個(gè)功能模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)功能模塊劃分結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)模型,創(chuàng)建了數(shù)據(jù)庫表。對(duì)于系統(tǒng)各功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),得到了功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)模型,明確了功能實(shí)現(xiàn)所需的業(yè)務(wù)類和方法。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,按照系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,完成各項(xiàng)功能開發(fā),形成了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)結(jié)果。在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試階段,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試方法、測(cè)試用例,完成了對(duì)于系統(tǒng)的全面檢測(cè)。本文所開發(fā)的財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)已上線運(yùn)行,為中小科技型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)范化管理提供了技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and network technology, it has promoted the transformation of production and management mode of various types of enterprises. Financial management needs to meet the needs of modern enterprises to realize financial management on the basis of Internet technology and network technology. Supervision, control and other aspects of the actual needs, constantly improve the financial management ability of enterprises, achieve transparent management of financial data, In order to meet the actual needs of various enterprises for financial decision-making, this paper takes the financial management of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises as the starting point, based on the software engineering related theory, The design and development of the financial management system is suitable for this kind of enterprise. On the basis of the actual requirement of the financial management information of this kind of enterprise, the object-oriented pattern is adopted to realize the development of the system. The development of the system includes the requirement analysis, the system design, the design of the system and the development of the system. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of the system from the aspects of technical feasibility and operational feasibility to ensure that the system is comprehensive and feasible. Taking SQL Server as the platform of database software, this paper realizes the division of system three-tier architecture, analyzes the functions and performance indexes of the software system, realizes the modeling of system requirements, and divides the system users into a variety of participants. The system is divided into four functional modules: voucher management, wage management, fixed asset management and account book management. According to the result of functional module division, the system is divided into four functional modules: certificate management, wage management, fixed asset management and account book management. The database structure model is designed, the database table is created, the detailed design of each functional module of the system is realized, the functional detailed design model is obtained, and the business classes and methods needed to realize the function are defined. According to the design scheme of the system, the function development is completed, and the result of the system development is formed. In the system test stage, the test method and the test case are designed. The financial information management system developed in this paper has been put into operation, which provides technical support for the standardized financial management of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
