【摘要】：中小學(xué)學(xué)生健康狀況一直是我國(guó)密切關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,建國(guó)以來(lái)不斷的發(fā)文規(guī)范學(xué)生健康檢查過(guò)程和完善檢查方法。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法不斷的根據(jù)國(guó)民發(fā)展情況調(diào)整學(xué)生健康狀況標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定的方法都是通過(guò)大量的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)分析獲取。為了獲取有效的數(shù)據(jù),國(guó)家出臺(tái)政策,要求學(xué)生每年都要進(jìn)行體檢并上報(bào)年度數(shù)據(jù),國(guó)家根據(jù)地區(qū)特色,發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等綜合分析得出結(jié)論,發(fā)布新的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2008年國(guó)家出臺(tái)中小學(xué)健康體檢管理辦法后各地都根據(jù)自身情況開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)其工作流程的信息化系統(tǒng)。利用信息化系統(tǒng)完成體檢數(shù)據(jù)的收集整理上報(bào)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等。鞍山市2009年啟用單機(jī)版體檢數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析程序,多年來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的收集和匯總工作,但是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的更新逐漸暴露出固有的問(wèn)題,例如軟件升級(jí)復(fù)雜工作量繁重,數(shù)據(jù)更新不及時(shí)帶來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤,數(shù)據(jù)合并過(guò)程中因存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)故障而反復(fù)重新復(fù)制等問(wèn)題。因此,本文結(jié)合流行的web開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù),并充分考慮目前鞍山市的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和軟件環(huán)境,重新設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)鞍山市中小學(xué)健康體檢管理系統(tǒng),解決原有系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題同時(shí),圍繞衛(wèi)生管理工作擴(kuò)充了衛(wèi)生管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)除了完成關(guān)鍵的體檢管理業(yè)務(wù)外,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了衛(wèi)生辦公管理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。該系統(tǒng)主體模塊包括了學(xué)校管理,健康教育,體檢管理,疾病統(tǒng)計(jì),疫情監(jiān)測(cè),體質(zhì)調(diào)研,紅十字會(huì)工作,保險(xiǎn)管理,報(bào)表管理,文件管理,系統(tǒng)配置,常用字典。本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試等過(guò)程,按照軟件工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行描述。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際的部署運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)功能模塊達(dá)到了預(yù)定需求目標(biāo),操作流程符合實(shí)際工作需要。軟件的使用改善了原有軟件的問(wèn)題,也提高了當(dāng)前的工作效率,具有很好的實(shí)用推廣價(jià)值。

In 2009, Anshan opened a single version of the physical examination data statistical analysis program, Over the years, the collection and collection of data has been realized, but with the updating of the Internet technology gradually exposed the inherent problems, such as the complex workload of software upgrade, data update not in time to bring data statistical errors. In the process of data amalgamation, the problems such as repeated reduplication due to storage medium failure, and so on. Therefore, this paper combines the popular web development technology, and fully considers the network and software environment in Anshan City at present. This paper redesigns and develops the health examination management system of primary and middle schools in Anshan city, solves the problems brought by the original system, and expands the health management system around the health management work. The main modules of the system include school management, health education, physical examination management, disease statistics, epidemic surveillance, physical investigation, Red Cross work, insurance management, report management, document management, etc. System configuration, common dictionary. This paper describes the process of system requirement analysis, system design and implementation, system test and so on according to the software engineering standard. The use of the software improves the problems of the original software, and also improves the current work efficiency, and has a good practical value.
