【摘要】：社區(qū)的數(shù)字化服務(wù)管理是社區(qū)居民生活、文化、安全一體化的綜合性管理服務(wù),是穩(wěn)定居民社區(qū)生活的基礎(chǔ)保障。數(shù)字化社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)是居民社區(qū)管理工作的核心。隨著社會信息化程度的不斷提高,科學、先進的社區(qū)管理體系已經(jīng)成為構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代社區(qū)的前提基礎(chǔ),功能全面、完善的數(shù)字化社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)正對社區(qū)居民的生活產(chǎn)生愈發(fā)重要的影響。本文以提升社區(qū)管理效率和服務(wù)水平為目標,通過研究數(shù)字化社區(qū)管理的特點和各類問題,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外利用信息化進行社區(qū)管理的經(jīng)驗,對數(shù)字化社區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計、開發(fā)和實現(xiàn)。本文以某社區(qū)為例進行業(yè)務(wù)需求分析,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了輕量、模塊化和可擴展的數(shù)字化社區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用J2EESSH框架從軟件系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的層面將應(yīng)用程序自動分離成為獨立的功能單元,采用B/S模式和Web Service實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能,使用Oracle 11g數(shù)據(jù)庫完成數(shù)據(jù)庫管理功能,提高了系統(tǒng)的易用性和擴展性。本文設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)的數(shù)字化社區(qū)管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了信息管理、物業(yè)管理、新聞管理、停車管理、社區(qū)社交和系統(tǒng)管理等模塊。使用數(shù)字化社區(qū)綜合管理系統(tǒng)可以結(jié)合信息化平臺對社區(qū)管理過程中的各種業(yè)務(wù)進行有效的實施和管控,使用規(guī)范的系統(tǒng)來進行處理例如居委會、物業(yè)等社區(qū)保障機構(gòu)的日常運維工作,便于各種數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計管理和各種資源的統(tǒng)一調(diào)度,為當今的社區(qū)管理科學化提供了一種技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:The digital service management of the community is an integrated management service of community life, culture and security. Digital community management system is the core of community management work. The advanced community management system has become the prerequisite for the construction of modern communities and has a comprehensive function. The perfect digital community management system is exerting more and more important influence on the life of the community residents. This paper aims at improving the efficiency and service level of the community management, by studying the characteristics and various problems of the digital community management. Combined with the experience of using information technology in community management at home and abroad, this paper designs, develops and implements the digital community integrated management system. This paper takes a community as an example to analyze the business requirements, and designs and realizes the lightweight management system. The system uses J2EESSH framework to automatically separate the application program into independent function unit from the level of software system architecture, and realizes the system function by using B / S mode and Web Service, which is a modular and extensible digital community integrated management system. The Oracle 11g database is used to complete the database management function, which improves the usability and expansibility of the system. The digital community management system designed in this paper realizes information management, property management, news management, parking management, etc. The use of digital community integrated management system can be combined with the information platform to effectively implement and control all kinds of business in the process of community management, and use standardized systems to handle, for example, neighborhood committees. The daily operation and maintenance work of the community security institutions such as property is convenient for the statistical management of various data and the unified scheduling of various resources, which provides a technical means for the scientific management of the community today.
