【摘要】：出租汽車是人民群眾日常出行的重要方式之一,是城市綜合交通體系的重要組成部分,是社會(huì)文明程度的重要窗口,被稱為“城市流動(dòng)的風(fēng)景線”和“城市的名片”。目前,出租汽車行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為中國(guó)社會(huì)城市公共交通的重要組成部分。然而目前城市出租車空駛率高、營(yíng)運(yùn)效率低下、乘客打車難,管理的手段和理念較為落后,為提高出租車為民服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和效率,提高車管部門管理效率,節(jié)約管理成本,本課題對(duì)‘基于Android平臺(tái)移動(dòng)數(shù)字終端的出租汽車服務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)’的分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,以及應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析和研究,我們應(yīng)用了J2EE技術(shù)、智能調(diào)度算法、北斗定位和Android開發(fā)平臺(tái)等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能電召調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)控及應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)、web客戶端系統(tǒng)和Android智能數(shù)字終端。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,Android移動(dòng)數(shù)字終端為駕駛員提供了良好的多媒體交互體驗(yàn)、智能調(diào)度系統(tǒng)則提高了出租車調(diào)度效率,滿足了司機(jī)、乘客、管理部門的各自的需求,同時(shí)為節(jié)能減排等提供決策支持。
[Abstract]:Taxi is one of the important ways for people to travel daily, is an important part of urban comprehensive transportation system, and is an important window of social civilization. It is called "the scenery line of urban mobility" and "business card of city". At present, The taxi industry has developed into an important part of urban public transport in China. However, at present, urban taxis have high empty driving rate, low operating efficiency, difficult for passengers to take a taxi, and backward management methods and concepts. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of taxi service for the people, improve the management efficiency of the car management department and save the management cost, this paper analyzes, designs and realizes the management information system of taxi service based on the mobile digital terminal of Android platform. The key technologies of the application are analyzed and studied. We use J2EE technology, intelligent scheduling algorithm, Beidou location and Android development platform to realize the intelligent call scheduling system. The monitoring and emergency management system includes web client system and Android intelligent digital terminal. In practical application, Android mobile digital terminal provides a good multimedia interactive experience for drivers, and intelligent dispatching system improves taxi scheduling efficiency. Meet the needs of drivers, passengers, management departments, and provide decision support for energy saving and emission reduction.
