【摘要】：為響應(yīng)國家對各地政府建立公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)平臺,以達到為企業(yè)和人民提供優(yōu)質(zhì)道路服務(wù)的要求。本文針對公路養(yǎng)護的需要,分析傳統(tǒng)道路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)的弊端,及當前養(yǎng)護管理系統(tǒng)面臨的新的要求與挑戰(zhàn),通過對當前已有公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)進行分析,實現(xiàn)公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)。本課題針對公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)特點,以地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)基礎(chǔ),首先對GIS系統(tǒng)、道路養(yǎng)護等進行綜合分析,依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建原則和標準,設(shè)計并構(gòu)建針對公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)。通過對開發(fā)模式和開發(fā)工具的對比分析,采用Supermap二次開發(fā)平臺,解決GIS中空間數(shù)據(jù)與屬性數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)聯(lián),同時對系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行研究,實現(xiàn)了普通國省干線公路資料管理、公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)的登錄功能、檢查考核、橋涵洞檢查、小修管理、路況評定、日常管理、用戶密碼修改及信息采集等功能。本系統(tǒng)的實施能夠養(yǎng)護人員使用養(yǎng)護信息,降低養(yǎng)護成本,增強了干線公路服務(wù)保障水平,對公路養(yǎng)護系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of providing high quality road service for enterprises and people, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional road maintenance system in order to meet the requirement of establishing highway maintenance system platform to local governments, in order to meet the requirement of providing high quality road service to enterprises and people. And the new requirements and challenges that the current maintenance management system is facing, through the analysis of the existing highway maintenance system, the highway maintenance system is realized. According to the development characteristics of the highway maintenance system, the subject is based on the GIS (Geographic Information system). Firstly, the GIS system, road maintenance and so on are comprehensively analyzed, and the database structure for highway maintenance system is designed and constructed according to the principles and standards of database construction. By using the Supermap secondary development platform, the correlation between spatial data and attribute data in GIS is solved. At the same time, the key technologies of the system are studied, and the main highway data management, logging function, checking and checking of highway maintenance system are realized. Bridge culvert inspection, minor repair management, road condition assessment, daily management, user password modification and information collection, etc. The implementation of this system can help maintainers use maintenance information, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance the guarantee level of trunk road service. It has certain reference and guiding significance to the development of highway maintenance system.
