【摘要】:微波產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、雷達(dá)、船舶等軍用設(shè)備中,是保證無(wú)線通信、無(wú)線導(dǎo)航、無(wú)線偵查、測(cè)距測(cè)速、精確制導(dǎo)的重要功能部件。近年來(lái)在國(guó)家對(duì)軍用裝備的大力投入的背景下,該產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的軟硬件需求漲勢(shì)迅猛。而國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)從事研發(fā)生產(chǎn)該類產(chǎn)品的軍工研究所、民營(yíng)軍工企業(yè)多采用傳統(tǒng)手工作坊作業(yè),效率低下,成本高,逐漸適應(yīng)不了市場(chǎng)的需求。為了全面節(jié)約專業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中人力、時(shí)間、硬件設(shè)備資源,并提高系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的高效性,將自動(dòng)化測(cè)試概念引入到微波產(chǎn)品范疇中。本課題研究了XX公司某型號(hào)微波產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),開(kāi)發(fā)出一套適用于大多數(shù)主流微波產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)軟件,為公司微波產(chǎn)品的研制和生產(chǎn)提供保障,旨在提高產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試效率。本論文先從自動(dòng)測(cè)試的研究背景出發(fā),論述了自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)及其軟件的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;結(jié)合被測(cè)微波產(chǎn)品的工作原理分析自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)軟件的需求,進(jìn)而提出自動(dòng)測(cè)試軟件的總體設(shè)計(jì)框架。采用Lab Windows/CVI作為軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái);基于軟件工程的設(shè)計(jì)理念,采用自頂向下、分層設(shè)計(jì)的方法,結(jié)合層次化、模塊化思想進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。本軟件充分迎合微波產(chǎn)品各指標(biāo)的手工測(cè)試方法,具有界面友好、人機(jī)互動(dòng)強(qiáng)、操作簡(jiǎn)單方便、自動(dòng)化程度高、通用性和擴(kuò)展性良好等特點(diǎn)。最后通過(guò)軟件上線實(shí)際操作,對(duì)本自動(dòng)測(cè)試軟件進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,針對(duì)調(diào)測(cè)試中遇到的問(wèn)題,對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化修改,最終達(dá)到了生產(chǎn)線的使用要求。
[Abstract]:Microwave products are widely used in aerospace, radar, ship and other military equipment. They are used to ensure wireless communication, wireless navigation, wireless detection, ranging and velocimetry. The important functional components of precision guidance. In recent years, the demand for hardware and software of the industrial chain has increased rapidly under the background of the state's heavy investment in military equipment. However, most of the domestic military research institutes engaged in research and development and production of this kind of products, In order to save manpower, time and hardware resources in specialized technical field and improve the efficiency of system testing, private military enterprises adopt traditional manual workshop operation, which is inefficient, high cost, and can not meet the needs of market gradually, in order to save manpower, time and hardware equipment resources in professional technical field, and improve the efficiency of system testing. The concept of automatic test is introduced into the category of microwave products. In this paper, an automatic test system for a certain type of microwave products of XX Company is studied, and a set of automatic test system software suitable for most mainstream microwave products is developed. The purpose of this paper is to improve the testing efficiency of microwave products. Firstly, from the background of automatic testing, this paper discusses the development status of automatic test system and its software. Combined with the working principle of microwave products under test, the requirement of automatic test system software is analyzed, and the overall design framework of automatic test software is put forward. Lab Windows/CVI is adopted as the software development platform, and based on the design concept of software engineering, the software is designed from top to bottom. The method of layered design is designed in detail with the idea of hierarchy and modularization. The software fully meets the manual testing method of microwave products. It has friendly interface, strong man-machine interaction, simple and convenient operation, and high degree of automation. Finally, the automatic test software is verified by the practical operation of the software, and the software is optimized and modified in view of the problems encountered in the adjustment and testing, and finally meets the requirements of the production line.
