【摘要】：文本蘊(yùn)含關(guān)系是廣泛分布于自然語言文本中的單向推理關(guān)系,文本蘊(yùn)含相關(guān)研究是自然語言處理領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性研究,它可以輔助其他自然語言處理任務(wù)的進(jìn)行,并且具有豐富的應(yīng)用場景.文中首先界定了文本蘊(yùn)含研究的范疇.作為一種二元關(guān)系,文本蘊(yùn)含有3個基本研究任務(wù)——關(guān)系識別、知識獲取和蘊(yùn)含對生成.其中,關(guān)系識別有兩個核心問題——語義表示與推理機(jī)制;知識獲取也有兩個核心問題——知識表示與知識來源;蘊(yùn)含對生成研究進(jìn)展比較緩慢,文中細(xì)致地分析了其內(nèi)因和外因.文中圍繞語義表示與推理機(jī)制這兩個核心問題梳理了關(guān)系識別的研究進(jìn)展,圍繞知識表示與知識來源梳理了知識獲取的研究進(jìn)展,并指出了各類方法的可取之處與不足之處.文本蘊(yùn)含研究的進(jìn)展離不開相關(guān)國際評測,文中也對這些國際評測和數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié).大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來和深度學(xué)習(xí)理論的不斷發(fā)展,為文本蘊(yùn)含相關(guān)研究提供了豐富的知識來源和有力的研究工具,同時也帶來了許多嶄新的研究課題.文中立足當(dāng)前研究形勢,展望了未來研究方向,并從理論上探討了其可行性.
[Abstract]:The text contains the relationship is one-way relationship reasoning is widely distributed in the natural language text of the text contains related research is a fundamental research field of Natural Language Processing, it can help the other Natural Language Processing tasks, and has rich application scenarios. This paper first defines the text contains the research category. As a two yuan, the text contains 3 basic research tasks -- the relationship between knowledge acquisition and recognition, the implication of generation. Among them, the relationship between identification of two core issues: semantic representation and reasoning mechanism; knowledge acquisition has two core issues: knowledge representation and knowledge sources; the implication of generation research progress is relatively slow, the paper analyzes the internal and external factors. In this paper the semantic representation and inference mechanism of the two core issues reviews the research progress of the relationship between recognition, based on the knowledge representation With the knowledge sources, reviews the knowledge acquisition, and points out the merits and shortcomings of various methods. The research progress of the text contains cannot do without the relevant international evaluation, the international evaluation and these data sets are summarized. The big data era and deep learning theory of continuous development, provide a rich source of knowledge and a powerful tool for studying the text contains related research, but also brought many new research topic. In this paper, based on the current research situation and prospects of future research, and discusses its feasibility.
