【摘要】：為了推進(jìn)本單位的信息化水平,提高行政人員考試工作的科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化。本文開發(fā)了一套適合行政人員的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)堂,利用先進(jìn)的計算機技術(shù),為公務(wù)員提供方便的、個性化的培訓(xùn)和考試環(huán)境,在減少考試準(zhǔn)備工作的同時可以提高公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。本文首先從目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)堂的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題出發(fā),從用戶功能需求、非功能性需求以及系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)三個方面對本文系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析,并將系統(tǒng)分為身份認(rèn)證、系統(tǒng)管理、培訓(xùn)材料管理、通知公告、我的收藏、試卷管理以及成績管理等七個模塊,重點解決了網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學(xué)堂中培訓(xùn)材料管理、試卷管理以及考試成績管理等關(guān)鍵難題;在培訓(xùn)材料管理模塊,合理有效地整合綿陽市某地區(qū)歷史培訓(xùn)資源數(shù)據(jù)和日常培訓(xùn)材料;試卷管理模塊為了增加公務(wù)員考試公平性,提出了建立題庫解決方案,對題庫中的試題進(jìn)行隨機抽取,避免公務(wù)員試卷題目完全相同。對試卷的評價分為主觀題和客觀題,對客觀題的評價,是采用與參考答案比對方式。對主觀題的評價,先采用ICTCLAS進(jìn)行分詞后,利用TFIDF相似度評價方法,計算答題與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案的相似度,給出評價分?jǐn)?shù)。這種評價方式可以大大減少了紀(jì)檢工作人員的工作量,提高紀(jì)檢工作人員工作效率。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the level of information in our unit and to improve the scientific and standardized examination work of administrative personnel, this paper has developed a set of network education schools suitable for administrative personnel, using advanced computer technology to provide convenience for civil servants. The individualized training and examination environment can improve the training quality of civil servants while reducing the preparation of examination. Non-functional requirements and system objectives are analyzed in this paper, and the system is divided into seven modules: identity authentication, system management, training material management, notice announcement, my collection, test paper management and grade management. The key problems such as management of training materials, management of examination papers and management of examination results in network education schools are solved, and in the module of management of training materials, the data of historical training resources and daily training materials in a certain area of Mianyang City are reasonably and effectively integrated. In order to increase the fairness of the civil servants' examination, the paper management module puts forward a solution to set up the test bank, which can be randomly selected to avoid the same questions. The evaluation of the papers is divided into subjective questions and objective questions. The objective questions are evaluated by comparing with reference answers. For subjective questions, ICTCLAS is used to segment words first, then TFIDF similarity evaluation method is used to calculate the similarity between the answers and the standard answers. This evaluation method can greatly reduce the workload of discipline inspection staff and improve the work efficiency of discipline inspection staff.
