電網(wǎng)企業(yè)供需平衡支持系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電力供需平衡關(guān)系的長期動態(tài)均衡是電力工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要前提,也是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展的重要條件。目前,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)對電力供需平衡的要求日漸突出,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的供需平衡調(diào)整、負(fù)荷預(yù)測、發(fā)電備用分析等工作逐漸發(fā)揮著更重要的作用,特別是目前電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷高速增長的情況下,因電源側(cè)供應(yīng)問題,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)局部地區(qū)不得已采用避峰限電,甚至拉閘限電等措施以保證電網(wǎng)運行的安全、穩(wěn)定運行。本文主要通過對發(fā)電廠運行歷史數(shù)據(jù)和電網(wǎng)當(dāng)前運行情況的分析,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一個供需平衡技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng),整合現(xiàn)有電力電量資源,實現(xiàn)供需平衡分析及風(fēng)電、火電參與電網(wǎng)調(diào)度優(yōu)化輔助決策分析,完成電網(wǎng)企業(yè)全網(wǎng)供需形勢的預(yù)測。該系統(tǒng)采用多層B/S技術(shù)架構(gòu),開發(fā)語言及技術(shù)采用Java語言,實時進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集傳輸、管理、接口、發(fā)布等。系統(tǒng)主要包括供需平衡預(yù)測、負(fù)荷預(yù)測考核、風(fēng)電接納能力預(yù)測分析、風(fēng)電參與調(diào)峰評估、設(shè)備實時及歷史追溯、發(fā)電設(shè)備檢修計劃關(guān)鍵算法的研究與供需平衡、發(fā)電進(jìn)度、火電機(jī)組等主要功能的實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)整合了電網(wǎng)調(diào)度各級單位和各專業(yè)、部門間工作,實際運行情況表明,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了提高電網(wǎng)供需平衡工作的效率和水平,達(dá)到優(yōu)化電量分布,動態(tài)掌握供需平衡的目的。在電網(wǎng)企業(yè)中,供需平衡關(guān)系技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)起到了調(diào)節(jié)各種電力資源順暢流動和優(yōu)化配置的方向和強(qiáng)度。論文首先介紹背景、系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目的和課題的提出,并給出論文結(jié)構(gòu)安排;然后,論文詳細(xì)介紹系統(tǒng)所采用的關(guān)鍵算法;系統(tǒng)設(shè)計部分,首先介紹系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,然后對總體設(shè)計劃分好的模塊設(shè)計進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,最后介紹系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計,給出設(shè)計的部分E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)庫表;系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)部分,首先詳細(xì)介紹各個模塊的具體實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)測試部分,詳細(xì)介紹系統(tǒng)的集成以及給出測試結(jié)論;最后,對本文工作做了總結(jié),并進(jìn)行了下一步工作展望。
[Abstract]:The long-term dynamic equilibrium of power supply and demand balance is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of electric power industry and also an important condition for the sustained and rapid development of the national economy. At present, the demand of power supply and demand balance for power grid enterprises is increasingly prominent. The adjustment of supply and demand balance of power grid enterprises, load forecasting, power generation standby analysis and other work gradually play a more important role, especially in the current situation of high-speed growth of grid load, because of the power side supply problems. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power network, some measures such as avoiding the peak and limiting the power supply, even pulling the switch, are used to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power network. This paper mainly analyzes the historical data of the operation of the power plant and the current operation situation of the power network. A technical support system for balance of supply and demand is designed and implemented, which integrates the existing power resources, realizes supply and demand balance analysis and wind power, and thermal power participate in the auxiliary decision analysis of power grid dispatching optimization. The system adopts multi-layer B / S technology architecture, the development language and technology adopt Java language, real-time data collection, transmission, management, interface, release and so on. The system mainly includes supply-demand balance prediction. Load forecasting assessment, wind power acceptance forecasting analysis, wind power participation in peak-shaving assessment, real-time and historical tracing of equipment, research on key algorithms of maintenance plan for generating equipment, balance between supply and demand, power generation progress, The realization of main functions such as thermal power units. The system integrates all levels of power grid dispatching units and professional, inter-departmental work. The actual operation shows that the system can improve the efficiency and level of power supply and demand balance work. To achieve the purpose of optimizing the distribution of electricity and dynamically grasping the balance of supply and demand. The construction of the technical support system of the balance between supply and demand has played a role in regulating the smooth flow of various power resources and the intensity of the optimal allocation. Firstly, the background, the purpose of the system development and the proposal of the subject are introduced in this paper, and the structure of the paper is given. Then, the paper introduces the key algorithms of the system in detail, the system design part, first introduces the overall design of the system, then introduces the module design of the overall design division in detail, finally introduces the database design of the system. The part of E-R diagram and database table is given, the realization part of the system, the detailed implementation of each module, the part of system test, the integration of the system and the test conclusion are introduced in detail. Finally, the work of this paper is summarized. The future work is prospected.
