SPOC支持大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的應(yīng)用策略研究

【摘要】:自主發(fā)展是我國學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)之一,自主學(xué)習(xí)能力形成是自主發(fā)展的重要特性。學(xué)生形成自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,意味著學(xué)生能夠具有更強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)、更多樣化適合化的學(xué)習(xí)方式方法、更有效的評(píng)估并調(diào)控學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度。大學(xué)生加強(qiáng)自主學(xué)習(xí)是時(shí)代發(fā)展與自身發(fā)展的必然選擇,大學(xué)生形成自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,有助于大學(xué)生具有更加樂學(xué)的態(tài)度,具有更加善學(xué)的策略,具有更加喜歡反思從而促進(jìn)提升學(xué)習(xí)技能。SPOC是很多大學(xué)所采用的教學(xué)媒體與資源,如何利用SPOC促進(jìn)大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)成為當(dāng)今教育技術(shù)學(xué)的重要研究主題。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、調(diào)查研究法、理論演繹法等研究方法,探索設(shè)計(jì)SPOC的具體應(yīng)用策略,旨在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)生。首先綜合國內(nèi)外研究情況,了解自主學(xué)習(xí)概念及內(nèi)涵,對(duì)大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,從構(gòu)成要素與過程要素對(duì)自主學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行了探析,分析了SPOC支持自主學(xué)習(xí)的適切性;然后分別針對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、認(rèn)知策略、時(shí)間管理策略以及實(shí)施過程等方面進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用策略設(shè)計(jì);最后進(jìn)行案例設(shè)計(jì),既將SPOC的大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)策略付諸于實(shí)踐,將所設(shè)計(jì)的研究策略進(jìn)行分析和調(diào)整。研究主要得出如下結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、認(rèn)知學(xué)習(xí)策略、時(shí)間管理是影響大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的三大構(gòu)成要素,自主學(xué)習(xí)的主要過程包括目標(biāo)設(shè)置與制定策略、實(shí)施過程與監(jiān)控策略、反饋調(diào)整與重選策略、自我總結(jié)與補(bǔ)充策略等環(huán)節(jié);(2)從促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、有效采用認(rèn)知策略、改善時(shí)間管理、科學(xué)實(shí)施自主學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)等方面設(shè)計(jì)SPOC的應(yīng)用策略,有助于提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效率、改善學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量、提升學(xué)習(xí)樂趣、促進(jìn)思維發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Autonomous development is one of the core qualities of students in our country. The formation of autonomous learning ability is an important characteristic of autonomous development. More diversified and suitable learning methods, more effective evaluation and control of learning progress. College students to strengthen autonomous learning is the inevitable choice for the development of the times and their own development, college students form the ability of autonomous learning, It helps college students to have a more enjoyable attitude, a better learning strategy, a more introspection to promote the improvement of learning skills. SPOC is a teaching medium and resource used by many universities. How to make use of SPOC to promote college students' autonomous learning has become an important research topic in the field of educational technology. In this paper, the author makes comprehensive use of literature analysis, investigation and research methods, theoretical deduction and other research methods to explore the specific application strategies of designing SPOC. The purpose of this paper is to promote the occurrence of autonomous learning of college students. Firstly, by synthesizing the domestic and foreign research situation, we understand the concept and connotation of autonomous learning, investigate and analyze the present situation of autonomous learning of college students, and analyze the elements and process elements of autonomous learning. This paper analyzes the appropriateness of SPOC to support autonomous learning, and then designs the application strategies of learning motivation, cognitive strategy, time management strategy and implementation process respectively. Finally, a case study is carried out. SPOC's autonomous learning strategies are put into practice, and the designed research strategies are analyzed and adjusted. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) Learning motivation and cognitive learning strategies. Time management is one of the three major factors that influence college students' autonomous learning. The main process of autonomous learning includes setting goals and formulating strategies, implementing processes and monitoring strategies, feedback adjustment and re-selection strategies. In order to improve the students' learning efficiency, we design the application strategies of SPOC from the aspects of promoting students' learning motivation, effectively adopting cognitive strategies, improving time management, scientifically implementing autonomous learning links, etc. Improve the quality of learning, improve the fun of learning, promote the development of thinking.
