【摘要】：【目的/意義】隨著社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及與快速發(fā)展,人們?cè)絹?lái)越多地依賴于網(wǎng)絡(luò)聊天工具進(jìn)行交流,針對(duì)QQ群組聊天信息過(guò)載用戶無(wú)法從聊天記錄中快速獲取所需信息的問(wèn)題,本文開(kāi)展了聊天熱點(diǎn)主題提取和QQ群組用戶聊天行為分析的研究�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】采集了一個(gè)技術(shù)類QQ群的聊天數(shù)據(jù),利用Gibbs算法和LDA模型提取群組聊天數(shù)據(jù)中的主題并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】發(fā)現(xiàn)群組的主題可以分為三類:技術(shù)類、生活類和綜合類。其中,技術(shù)類話題討論的高峰集中在工作時(shí)間,沒(méi)有繼承性;大家普遍關(guān)心生活類話題,該話題有繼承性。由于群組聊天的即時(shí)性、交互性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)袖的影響,一個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)群中只有一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)主題。該研究結(jié)果可為群組聊天行為和熱點(diǎn)分析提供參考。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] with the popularity and rapid development of social networks, people rely more and more on network chat tools for communication, aiming at the problem that QQgroup chat information overload users can not quickly get the required information from chat records. In this paper, the topic extraction of chat hotspots and the analysis of chat behavior of QQgroup users are studied. [method / process] A chat data of a technical QQgroup is collected. Using Gibbs algorithm and LDA model, the topic of group chat data is extracted and analyzed. [results / conclusions] it is found that the topic of group can be divided into three categories: technology, life and synthesis. The peak of the discussion on the technology topic is focused on the working hours and has no inheritance. There is a general concern about the topic of life, which has inheritance. Because of the immediacy, interactivity of group chat and the influence of network leaders, There is only one hot topic in a group within a period of time. The results can be used as a reference for group chat behavior and hot spot analysis.
