【摘要】：近年來,我國教育信息化發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn),特別是校園信息化的發(fā)展越來越受到教育部門的重視。而且信息技術(shù)逐漸滲透于基礎(chǔ)教育,教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力水平成為人們關(guān)注的焦點。在城區(qū)化日益加快的今天,對城鄉(xiāng)初中教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng)也尤為重要。通過對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的查閱,發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)研究中有一部分停留在理論總結(jié)上,重理論而輕實踐;一部分針對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了探討和反思,但是反思還不夠深刻;還有一部分研究的立足范圍均比較大,因而使得所提建議的可實施性不是特別強(qiáng)。本研究對城鄉(xiāng)初中教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,采用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷法、訪談法、觀察法等方式進(jìn)行深入研究。在了解城鄉(xiāng)初中教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析現(xiàn)有狀況揭示其背后的問題及原因,針對原因提出相對應(yīng)的對策建議。通過對問卷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,同時結(jié)合課堂觀察與訪談結(jié)果,得到城鄉(xiāng)初中教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的現(xiàn)狀:教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力整體情況、教師基本要求與發(fā)展性要求完成度有差異、教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力5個維度發(fā)展不均衡、城鄉(xiāng)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力有差異。根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀揭示其存在的問題:教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力整體水平差、教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用發(fā)展性能力較差、教師學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展能力最差、城鄉(xiāng)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力差距大。造成這些問題的主要原因有:城鄉(xiāng)教育資源不均衡、教師缺乏自主學(xué)習(xí)與應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)的能力、學(xué)校缺乏可供教師使用的相關(guān)平臺及資源庫、對教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的培訓(xùn)不足、對教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的審查不夠。本研究針對造成問題的原因提出了以下對策:政府推動城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡化、提升教師應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)能力的意識、建設(shè)并應(yīng)用相關(guān)平臺及資源庫、強(qiáng)化教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、制定明確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審核教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of educational informatization in our country has been advancing by leaps and bounds, especially the development of campus informatization has been paid more and more attention by the educational departments, and the information technology has gradually penetrated into the basic education. The level of teachers' ability to apply information technology has become the focus of attention. Nowadays, with the acceleration of urban and rural junior high school teachers' ability to apply information technology, it is particularly important to cultivate the ability of applying information technology in urban and rural junior high school teachers. It is found that some of the related studies remain on the theoretical summary, emphasizing theory rather than practice; part of the research results are discussed and reflected, but reflection is not deep enough; some of the research has a relatively large scope. As a result, the implementation of the proposed recommendations is not particularly strong. This study investigates the current situation of teachers' ability to apply information technology in urban and rural junior high schools, using literature, questionnaire and interview methods. On the basis of understanding the present situation of information technology application ability of junior middle school teachers in urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the existing situation and reveals the problems and reasons behind it. Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire and the results of classroom observation and interview, the present situation of teachers' ability to apply information technology in urban and rural junior high schools is obtained. There are differences between teachers' basic requirements and developmental requirements, and the five dimensions of teachers' ability to apply information technology are not balanced. According to the present situation, teachers' information technology application ability is poor, teachers' information technology application developmental ability is poor, and teachers' learning and development ability is the worst. The main causes of these problems are the imbalance of educational resources in urban and rural areas, the lack of teachers' ability to learn independently and to apply information technology. The school lacks the relevant platform and resource bank which can be used by teachers, and the training of teachers' ability of applying information technology is insufficient. The research puts forward the following countermeasures: the government promotes the education equalization between urban and rural areas, and promotes the awareness of teachers' ability to apply information technology. Build and apply the related platform and resource database, strengthen the training of teachers' information technology application ability, and establish clear standards to audit teachers' information technology application ability.
