【摘要】：最近幾年,隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制所實(shí)施的改革,市場(chǎng)上的企業(yè)包括傳統(tǒng)的電力企業(yè)之間也都開(kāi)始逐漸競(jìng)爭(zhēng)起來(lái)。每個(gè)企業(yè)都希望自己可以在自己經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)品的領(lǐng)域中獲得更多的市場(chǎng)份額,從而提升企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)率。而不同企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品在有限的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模中如何提升,取決于企業(yè)產(chǎn)品在同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,歸根到底是需要提升企業(yè)自身的管理水平。對(duì)我國(guó)目前的電力企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),企業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)逐漸變得開(kāi)始多元化,已經(jīng)脫離了之前的單一電力為主的方式,經(jīng)營(yíng)的項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始涉及其他產(chǎn)業(yè),如餐飲、地產(chǎn)、連鎖超市、電線(xiàn)電纜等等,因此,隨著企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理也開(kāi)始變得困難起來(lái),如何可以很好的對(duì)整個(gè)電力企業(yè)集團(tuán)的多板塊業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行一個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)上的管理,開(kāi)始成為企業(yè)管理者需要付出很多精力的方面。財(cái)務(wù)管理有著與其他管理明顯區(qū)別的方面,首先就是財(cái)務(wù)管理對(duì)安全性的要求很高,因此對(duì)整個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的安全性就需要提出非常高的要求。其次財(cái)務(wù)管理需要保證底層數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的高并發(fā)性,需要可以滿(mǎn)足不同企業(yè)對(duì)整個(gè)集團(tuán)的底層數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)高頻率的訪(fǎng)問(wèn),只有所有子公司的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表拷貝都存放在集團(tuán)總公司。本文設(shè)計(jì)的電力財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)采用的開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言是ASP.NET,底層使用的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為SQL Server2008。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求分析,從而得出整個(gè)系統(tǒng)將要完成的主體功能。本文通過(guò)對(duì)目前對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)已有的理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)進(jìn)行理解與研究,通過(guò)對(duì)具體公司的財(cái)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì),將其應(yīng)用到某某公司的日常財(cái)務(wù)管理中,為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)工程財(cái)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)提供實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文首先對(duì)電力財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的背景信息進(jìn)行了總結(jié),然后對(duì)電力財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的開(kāi)發(fā)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了介紹,接著對(duì)電力財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了分析。在系統(tǒng)需求分析中,對(duì)整個(gè)電力財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的用例模型進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)每個(gè)用例模型具體需要完成的功能做了詳細(xì)的闡述。然后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求分析的結(jié)果本文進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)中需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與劃分,同時(shí)對(duì)系統(tǒng)底層的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的概念模型設(shè)計(jì)與物理模型設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)部分。在文章的最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)最終的軟件界面做了一個(gè)展示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform of China's market economic system, Companies in the market, including traditional power companies, are also starting to compete. Each enterprise wants to gain more market share in the field of its own products. So as to improve the profit margin of the enterprise. And how the products of different enterprises improve in the limited market scale depends on the competitiveness of the enterprise products in the same kind of products. In the final analysis, it is necessary to improve the management level of the enterprises themselves. For the current electric power enterprises in our country, the development of the enterprises has gradually become diversified and has been separated from the former single electric power mode. The project began to involve other industries, such as catering, real estate, supermarket chains, wire and cable, and so on, so with the expansion of business scale, the financial management of enterprises began to become difficult. How can we manage the multi-sector business of the whole electric power enterprise group in a financial way, and begin to become an area where managers have to pay a lot of attention. Financial management is obviously different from other aspects of management. First of all, the financial management requires very high security, so the security of the whole financial management system needs to be very high. Secondly, the financial management needs to ensure the high concurrency of the underlying database. Need to be able to meet the high frequency of access by different enterprises to the underlying database of the entire group, Only copies of the financial statements of all subsidiaries are stored in the group head office. The development language of the electric power financial management system designed in this paper is ASP. Net, and the underlying database is SQL Server 2008. The main function of the whole system is obtained. This paper analyzes and designs the financial requirements of specific companies through the understanding and research of the existing theoretical basic knowledge of the enterprise financial management information system. In order to provide practical experience for the development of engineering financial management information system of power grid enterprises, this paper first summarizes the background information of electric power financial management system, and applies it to the daily financial management of a certain company in order to provide practical experience for the development of engineering financial management information system of power grid enterprises. Then, the basic knowledge of development and the related knowledge of financial risk in electric power financial management system are introduced, and then the requirements of electric power financial management system are analyzed. The use case model of the whole electric power financial management system is analyzed, and the function of each use case model is described in detail. First of all, the functions needed to be realized in the system are designed and partitioned. At the same time, the database at the bottom of the system is designed. It includes two parts: conceptual model design and physical model design. At the end of the paper, the final software interface of the system is shown.
