【摘要】：項(xiàng)目評(píng)審管理系統(tǒng)是電力經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)研究院的重要生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)將有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)審工作的統(tǒng)一化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、實(shí)時(shí)化,降低因人為問(wèn)題所花費(fèi)的人力、物力、時(shí)間等成本,滿足對(duì)靈活調(diào)整項(xiàng)目評(píng)審流程管理、對(duì)現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)計(jì)、信息發(fā)布等進(jìn)行綜合考量和操作的功能的需要,對(duì)推動(dòng)該企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目評(píng)審管理以及發(fā)展起到了推波助瀾的作用。該系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,以J2EE平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),以B/S模式為展示結(jié)構(gòu),采用了SSH框架進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)而成,在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選擇上,為了便于與現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一,采用企業(yè)級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)-Oracle。不僅要求各基層單位及時(shí)響應(yīng)提交待評(píng)審的項(xiàng)目資料,并將評(píng)審工作進(jìn)行集中管理、統(tǒng)籌安排,嚴(yán)格按照現(xiàn)有流程進(jìn)行執(zhí)行。項(xiàng)目中通過(guò)圖形化的顯示分析,直觀、分維度評(píng)審項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)情況。項(xiàng)目評(píng)審中所規(guī)劃的各項(xiàng)工作內(nèi)容,通過(guò)代辦的方式及時(shí)推送給各個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)人,促進(jìn)工作及時(shí)完成和更新。本項(xiàng)目充分利用了現(xiàn)有信息化成果,管理一致性好,員工應(yīng)用難度較低。實(shí)現(xiàn)了專家網(wǎng)上評(píng)審項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目評(píng)審的專家管理、項(xiàng)目文件、評(píng)審資料、國(guó)網(wǎng)下發(fā)的政策條文等文件歸檔管理,統(tǒng)一維護(hù)、依托信息平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作項(xiàng)分解、下達(dá)、全景展示、任務(wù)提示、流程化過(guò)程跟蹤、查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)、及時(shí)跟蹤項(xiàng)目評(píng)審工作項(xiàng)應(yīng)用情況,為優(yōu)化工作流程,提高工作效率提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The project evaluation and management system is an important production link of the electric power economic and technical research institute. The construction of the project will help to realize the unification, standardization and real-time of the review work, and reduce the cost of manpower, material resources, time, etc. To meet the needs of flexible adjustment of project review process management, comprehensive consideration and operation of existing project management, project statistics, information release, etc. In the process of development, the system is developed with J2EE platform as the basic framework, B / S model as the demonstration structure, and the SSH framework is used to develop the system. In the selection of database, in order to unify with the existing database, enterprise database -Oracle. not only requires all grass-roots units to respond to the project information to be reviewed in time, but also centrally manages and arranges the review work as a whole. Execute strictly in accordance with the existing procedures. The project through graphical display analysis, intuitive, dimensionality to review the relevant situation of the project. The project review of the planned work content, through the way of agent timely push to each responsible person, Promote the timely completion and update of the work. This project makes full use of the existing information achievements, good consistency of management, low difficulty in the application of staff. It realizes the project of expert online review, expert management of project review, project document, review materials, etc. Filing management, unified maintenance, implementation of work item decomposition, distribution, panoramic display, task prompt, process tracking, query and statistics based on information platform, etc. Follow up the application of project review work item in time, provide decision basis for optimizing work flow and improving work efficiency.
