【摘要】：為降低復(fù)雜紡織機械裝備的設(shè)計成本與制造難度,將3D打印技術(shù)應(yīng)用于紡機功能模塊比例模型研制。設(shè)計了連桿式打緯-開口機構(gòu)的數(shù)字化樣機,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為STL格式進行切片處理和模型包計算,通過分析比較模型的放置方向、材料用量及成型時間等因素,確定最優(yōu)3D打印工藝參數(shù)。借助工業(yè)級3D打印機制作了比例模型,并通過C語言和單片機成功開發(fā)了機電一體化系統(tǒng)控制平臺。利用3D打印一次成型的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,有利于降低物理樣機的研發(fā)成本和實驗難度,且為紡織機械裝備的模型展示、機構(gòu)驗證、性能評估及可靠性分析等提供了新的思路與參考。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the design cost and manufacturing difficulty of complex textile machinery and equipment, the 3D printing technology was applied to the development of the proportional model of the functional module of the spinning machine. The digital prototype of the connecting rod beating-up and opening mechanism was designed. Then it is transformed into STL format for slice processing and model package calculation. By analyzing and comparing the factors such as the orientation of the model, the amount of material used and the forming time, etc. The optimal 3D printing process parameters are determined. The scale model is made with the help of industrial 3D printer, and the control platform of mechatronics system is successfully developed by C language and single chip microcomputer. It is beneficial to reduce the cost of research and development of physical prototype and the difficulty of experiment. It also provides new ideas and references for model display, mechanism verification, performance evaluation and reliability analysis of textile machinery and equipment.
