智能家裝施工監(jiān)理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著智能硬件、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,智慧生活已成為未來(lái)社會(huì)發(fā)展的主流方向。然而,縱觀整個(gè)室內(nèi)裝修行業(yè),從業(yè)人員綜合素質(zhì)參差不齊,施工工具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度低,施工過(guò)程監(jiān)理手段單一,導(dǎo)致監(jiān)理效率低下、質(zhì)量管理難度較高,數(shù)字化、信息化、精細(xì)化管理已經(jīng)成為提升行業(yè)服務(wù)的明確方向。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)室內(nèi)裝修過(guò)程的工業(yè)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、體系化以及裝修質(zhì)量檢測(cè)的智能化、快速化、信息化,本文提出了基于智能儀器儀表和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智能家裝施工監(jiān)理系統(tǒng),主要由Web服務(wù)端、智能儀器儀表(智能水平儀、智能電路檢測(cè)儀、智能激光測(cè)距儀、智能水壓測(cè)試儀等)、移動(dòng)客戶端(監(jiān)理客戶端、業(yè)主客戶端)構(gòu)成。其中智能儀器儀表以微控制器STM32作為核心處理器,結(jié)合高精度的數(shù)字傳感器,完成房屋裝修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的質(zhì)檢數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)量,并通過(guò)WiFi模塊將采集到的質(zhì)檢數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)線發(fā)送;Web端將采用穩(wěn)定安全、成熟可靠的阿里云服務(wù)器,搭建LAMP作為軟件運(yùn)行環(huán)境,使用國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)源框架ThinkPHP構(gòu)建整個(gè)智能家裝云平臺(tái);移動(dòng)客戶端使用搭載Android操作系統(tǒng)的智能手機(jī)作為硬件平臺(tái),使用Socket通信、xUtils框架和CallBack機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)。監(jiān)理客戶端通過(guò)WiFi與智能儀器進(jìn)行通信,將采集質(zhì)檢數(shù)據(jù)打包成JSON格式并通過(guò)HTTP協(xié)議上傳到Web端。Web端將測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)和檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行比對(duì),從而判斷該測(cè)量項(xiàng)目是否合格,并將質(zhì)檢結(jié)果通過(guò)MQTT協(xié)議主動(dòng)推送給業(yè)主,同時(shí)保存到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以便于實(shí)時(shí)查詢和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。業(yè)主可以獲取實(shí)時(shí)的裝修質(zhì)量檢測(cè)結(jié)果,并通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像頭全天候的監(jiān)控房屋內(nèi)的裝修狀況以及與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的裝修工人進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)交流。經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)可以滿足課題的基本要求,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性,并為系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展提供了借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of intelligent hardware, mobile Internet and big data technology, intelligent life has become the mainstream direction of social development in the future. The standardization of construction tools is low, the supervision means of construction process are single, the supervision efficiency is low, the quality management is more difficult, digitization, information, etc. In order to realize the industrialization, standardization, systematization and the intelligentization, quickness and informationization of the indoor decoration process, This paper presents an intelligent home improvement construction supervision system based on intelligent instrument and mobile Internet, which is mainly composed of Web server, intelligent instrument (intelligent level instrument, intelligent circuit detector, intelligent laser rangefinder). The intelligent hydraulic tester is composed of mobile client (supervision client, owner client). The intelligent instrument uses STM32 as the core processor and high precision digital sensor. To complete the measurement of quality inspection data on the site of house decoration, and to send the collected quality inspection data wirelessly through WiFi module, the stable and reliable Ali cloud server will be used to build the LAMP as the software running environment. Using the domestic open source framework ThinkPHP to build the whole smart home installation cloud platform, the mobile client uses the smartphone with Android operating system as the hardware platform, Using Socket communication framework and CallBack mechanism to design and realize the development of client software. The supervision client communicates with intelligent instrument through WiFi. The collected quality inspection data is packaged into JSON format and uploaded to the Web terminal through HTTP protocol. The measurement data is compared with the test standard, so as to judge whether the measurement item is qualified or not, and the quality inspection results are actively pushed to the owner through the MQTT protocol. At the same time, it is saved to the database to facilitate real-time query and statistical analysis of data. Owners can obtain real-time decoration quality test results. And through the webcam all-weather monitoring of the decoration situation in the house and real-time communication with the site decoration workers. After testing, it is proved that the system can meet the basic requirements of the subject, and has strong practicability. It also provides a reference for the further expansion of the system.
