【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,計(jì)算機(jī)開始在各行各業(yè)全面普及,加之互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,全行業(yè)的信息化已無處不在。教育領(lǐng)域作為傳播新生事物的排頭兵,肩負(fù)著國家文化教育的重?fù)?dān),具有先導(dǎo)性、基礎(chǔ)性和全局性的屬性,因此教育信息化是衡量整體教育發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。教育信息化的不斷推進(jìn),使網(wǎng)絡(luò)與教育強(qiáng)強(qiáng)結(jié)合,徹底改變了傳統(tǒng)的教育思想觀念、內(nèi)容方法及人才培養(yǎng)的方式;使教與學(xué)打破了傳統(tǒng)的空間和時間的約束、使教與學(xué)的內(nèi)容不再局限、使教與學(xué)不再是一個實(shí)時的動作;使教育管理更加便捷,管理者可以宏觀直接地掌握教育信息,并通過有效分析,制定更合理的規(guī)劃;使教學(xué)模式更加多樣化、智能化,使教育管理更加合理化。在此背景下,教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。西方發(fā)達(dá)國家早在20世紀(jì)八九十年代就開始研究教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,目前這類系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)相當(dāng)完善,國內(nèi)教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是近十幾年開始的,目前也已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用,但其功能還在逐步完善和改進(jìn)中。大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理工作是整個黨校干部教育培訓(xùn)工作的核心,涉及不同人員,包括教務(wù)管理人員、教師、學(xué)員等。黨校系統(tǒng)的教育不同于廣義范疇的校園教育,首先它的學(xué)員對象群體比較特殊,是各級黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,學(xué)習(xí)時長不固定,學(xué)員流動性強(qiáng),其次它的教學(xué)方式也多樣化,有傳統(tǒng)的教室授課、有交流討論、有戶外拓展、實(shí)地考察等,再次,干部教育培訓(xùn)的工作量和信息量在不斷增加,傳統(tǒng)的協(xié)作管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代干部教育培訓(xùn)日益增長的新需求,急需用信息化手段對教務(wù)管理工作進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的整合和管理。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),有利于將這些信息加以有效的整合與梳理,使涉及多個部門的工作流程更加規(guī)范化,各類信息能夠及時全面地傳達(dá)給有關(guān)人員。有利于加速推進(jìn)干部教育信息化,進(jìn)一步提高干部培訓(xùn)的水平和效率。本文利用Microsoft.net Framework2.0框架和Microsoft SQL Server2008等信息技術(shù)手段,建立大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)從黨校實(shí)際的干部培訓(xùn)工作出發(fā),通過統(tǒng)一的平臺,集學(xué)員需求調(diào)研、測評系統(tǒng)、教學(xué)管理、教學(xué)評估、工作量、集體備課、教學(xué)信息、教學(xué)研究、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、繼續(xù)教育等功能于一體,同時滿足學(xué)員、教師、教務(wù)管理人員的不同層面的需求,例如對教學(xué)模式和內(nèi)容、各類與教學(xué)相關(guān)的信息等。學(xué)員可以通過該系統(tǒng)查看教學(xué)信息、提交需求、對教師的教學(xué)及課程進(jìn)行評估;教師可以通過該系統(tǒng)對學(xué)員綜合能力測評、發(fā)布教學(xué)計(jì)劃;教務(wù)管理人員可以安排班次課程、管理發(fā)布相關(guān)教學(xué)信息等。這個系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)使用將使各部門之間實(shí)現(xiàn)有效合理的溝通,規(guī)范教學(xué)流程,使教師和教務(wù)管理人員對學(xué)員綜合訴求和能力有整體了解,使學(xué)員能夠及時了解相關(guān)教學(xué)信息。本論文主要研究工作如下:1.論述大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景及意義,并分析國內(nèi)外教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢。2.對大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)資源配置進(jìn)行簡單論述。3.具體對大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì),包括系統(tǒng)概述、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、功能設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等。4.論述大連市委黨校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。5.論述系統(tǒng)測試時需要考慮的問題。6.對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方案進(jìn)行總結(jié),總結(jié)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析系統(tǒng)建設(shè)當(dāng)中可能會遇到的困難與問題,并展望系統(tǒng)未來發(fā)展趨勢。
