武漢某工業(yè)化住宅預(yù)制構(gòu)件BIM應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化自提出以來,一直飽受國內(nèi)外的關(guān)注,而BIM技術(shù)作為建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要技術(shù)支撐,早己在大量國內(nèi)外的實際項目中成功展現(xiàn)其價值。建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是以建筑工業(yè)化為核心,而預(yù)制構(gòu)件則是建筑工業(yè)化最重要的標(biāo)志性產(chǎn)物。目前,對于預(yù)制構(gòu)件的拆分設(shè)計和深化設(shè)計,國內(nèi)并沒有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計人員大多根據(jù)自己的經(jīng)驗來進(jìn)行設(shè)計,這嚴(yán)重制約著我國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展。而預(yù)制構(gòu)件的設(shè)計過程復(fù)雜,需要集成多個專業(yè)的相關(guān)技術(shù),并貫穿了工業(yè)化建筑的全壽命周期,傳統(tǒng)的二維設(shè)計方法難以滿足當(dāng)前的設(shè)計需求。由于建筑生產(chǎn)方式的改變,在預(yù)制構(gòu)件設(shè)計完成后,還需進(jìn)行施工驗算,當(dāng)前的驗算方法一般都是根據(jù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行手工驗算,而預(yù)制構(gòu)件的施工驗算過程復(fù)雜、工作量大,這嚴(yán)重影響了設(shè)計人員的工作效率。針對上述問題,本文基于武漢某工業(yè)化住宅項目,以1號樓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層中的一個戶型為例,系統(tǒng)地梳理了工業(yè)化建筑中預(yù)制構(gòu)件的具體拆分方法。論文所研究的設(shè)計流程及預(yù)制構(gòu)件的拆分原則同樣適用于其他工業(yè)化建筑。通過新型BIM類軟件Allplan Precast建立武漢某工業(yè)化住宅的BIM模型,提出了基于Allplan Precast的具體BIM建模方法。在探究了預(yù)制構(gòu)件庫的創(chuàng)建流程后,以1號樓為例,搭建了預(yù)制構(gòu)件庫,方便預(yù)制構(gòu)件的深化設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)了預(yù)制構(gòu)件的可視化與智能化管理。在AllplanPrecast預(yù)制構(gòu)件庫的基礎(chǔ)上,通過C#編程語言,開發(fā)了預(yù)制構(gòu)件施工驗算程序,包括驗算主程序、批量驗算程序以及計算書生成程序的開發(fā)?梢灾苯訉㈩A(yù)制構(gòu)件庫的構(gòu)件清單導(dǎo)入到施工驗算程序中,進(jìn)行批量驗證,并可以導(dǎo)出計算書,實現(xiàn)對驗算過程的直觀查詢。大大減少了實際項目中預(yù)制構(gòu)件施工驗算的工作量,提高了設(shè)計效率。
[Abstract]:The modernization of the construction industry since it was put forward, has been highly concerned at home and abroad, and the BIM technology as an important technology of modern construction industry support, its value has been successfully demonstrated in a large number of domestic and foreign actual project. The modernization of the construction industry is building industrialization as the core, which is a sign of prefabricated building industrialization the most important product. At present, the design of prefabricated split and deepen domestic design, and there is no uniform standard, designers usually according to their own experience to the design, which seriously restricts the development of China's construction industry modernization. And the design process of prefabricated complex, require the integration of a number of professional technology, and throughout the whole life the construction period of industrialization, the traditional two-dimensional design method is difficult to meet the design requirements at present. Because of the change of the mode of production in the building, prefabricated parts design end When the need for construction checking, checking the current methods are generally carried out manual calculation according to the specification, construction and checking process of prefabricated complex, heavy workload, which seriously affected the efficiency of design. Aiming at the above problems, this paper based on a residential project in Wuhan industry, with a 1 floor apartment layout the standard layer as an example, systematically analyzes the specific separation methods of prefabricated buildings. Industrialization separation principles of research design and precast process is also applicable to other industrialized building. Through the new BIM software Allplan Precast to establish the BIM model of a Wuhan residential industrialization, puts forward modeling method of BIM Precast Allplan based on the research. In the prefabricated database creation process, to building 1, for example, to build a prefabricated library, deepening the design convenient prefabricated prefabricated, implement Visual and intelligent management. Based on AllplanPrecast component library, through the C# programming language, the development of a precast construction calculation program, including checking the main program, the development of batch checking program and statement generation program. You can directly to the base member list into the precast construction calculation program, batch verification, and can be export calculation, realization of the visual query checking process. Greatly reduces the prefabricated in actual project construction calculation workload, improve the design efficiency.
