【摘要】：近年來,教育信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為教育領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的主題,信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展能夠加速教育信息化進(jìn)程,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)教育現(xiàn)代化。在教育教學(xué)領(lǐng)域中,信息技術(shù)的作用不言而喻,教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力與教學(xué)效果息息相關(guān),因此提高教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力至關(guān)重要。本研究找出了影響中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的因素、并分析影響因素對應(yīng)用能力的影響方式及影響強(qiáng)度,為提高應(yīng)用能力提供參考性建議。本研究首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,梳理出對教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力產(chǎn)生影響的因素,包括教師基本信息、教師培訓(xùn)、學(xué)校、心理、政策和能力評估六個(gè)維度,形成影響因素理論框架;其次,根據(jù)影響因素理論框架構(gòu)建中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力影響因素調(diào)查量表,根據(jù)《中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》構(gòu)建中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查量表,并分別對兩份量表進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn),形成正式量表,用于調(diào)查研究應(yīng)用能力現(xiàn)狀和影響因素。量表數(shù)據(jù)的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)前中小學(xué)的教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力水平不高;教師基本信息在應(yīng)用能力上的方差分析結(jié)果表明,教齡和學(xué)校所在地不同的教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力之間存在顯著性差異;各影響因素與應(yīng)用能力的相關(guān)分析和回歸分析結(jié)果表明,教師培訓(xùn)因素中的培訓(xùn)遷移、環(huán)境與支持、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,學(xué)校因素中的軟硬件資源、周圍人群對使用信息技術(shù)教學(xué)的態(tài)度,心理因素中的動(dòng)機(jī)、態(tài)度、自我效能、教學(xué)理念以及能力評估因素中的學(xué)校或地方評估都能直接影響教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力,而政策因素則不會(huì)直接對教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力產(chǎn)生影響。并通過進(jìn)一步分析各影響因素間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,總結(jié)了影響因素是如何影響教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,本研究從教師基本信息、教師培訓(xùn)、學(xué)校、心理、能力評估五個(gè)層面,提出提高教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的參考性建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of educational informatization has become the subject of the development of education, and the development of information technology can accelerate the process of educational informatization and then promote the modernization of education. In the field of education and teaching, the role of information technology is self-evident. The application ability of teachers' information technology is closely related to the teaching effect, so it is very important to improve the ability of teachers' information technology application. This study has found out the factors that affect the teachers' ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools. It also analyzes the influence mode and intensity of the influencing factors on the applied ability, and provides some reference suggestions for improving the applied ability. Firstly, this study uses the literature research method to sort out the factors that affect the teachers' application ability of information technology. Including the basic information of teachers, teacher training, school, psychology, policy and ability evaluation of six dimensions, forming a theoretical framework of influencing factors. According to the theoretical framework of influencing factors, the questionnaire of factors influencing the ability of information technology application of primary and secondary school teachers is constructed. According to the Standard of Information Technology Application ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers (try out), a survey scale of information technology application ability of primary and middle school teachers was constructed, and the reliability and validity of the two scales were tested to form a formal scale. The descriptive statistical analysis of the scale data shows that the current level of teachers' ability to apply information technology in primary and secondary schools is not high; The variance analysis of teachers' basic information in the ability of application shows that there are significant differences between teachers' ability of applying information technology in different teaching years and schools. The results of correlation analysis and regression analysis show that training transfer, environment and support, training content, software and hardware resources in school are the main factors of teacher training. The attitudes of the surrounding people towards the use of information technology teaching, the motivation, attitude, self-efficacy, teaching concept and school or local assessment of the factors in the psychological factors can all directly affect the teachers' ability to apply information technology. However, policy factors will not directly affect teachers' ability to apply information technology. This paper summarizes how the influencing factors affect teachers' ability to apply information technology. According to the results of data analysis, this study is based on five levels: teachers' basic information, teacher training, school, psychology and ability evaluation. Some suggestions on how to improve teachers' ability to apply information technology are put forward.
