【摘要】：運(yùn)用醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù),解析真實(shí)世界復(fù)方苦參注射液治療食管惡性腫瘤臨床應(yīng)用特征,為復(fù)方苦參注射液的臨床合理應(yīng)用提供參考借鑒。基于中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院中醫(yī)臨床基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所建立的,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)大型集成數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù),對(duì)來(lái)自全國(guó)范圍22家大型三甲醫(yī)院使用復(fù)方苦參注射液治療食管惡性腫瘤的2 550例患者電子醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行提取,對(duì)一般特征、診斷特征、品種用藥劑量與療程特征信息、品種聯(lián)合用藥特征、出院轉(zhuǎn)歸特征等進(jìn)行基于頻數(shù)與百分比的描述性分析。結(jié)果顯示使用復(fù)方苦參注射液治療食管惡性腫瘤的患者平均年齡62.3歲;男性多于女性;主要由心血管科、腫瘤科、消化內(nèi)科入院;基于出院轉(zhuǎn)歸判定的總有效率47.15%;單次用藥劑量以10~20 m L居多;療程以4~7 d為主;常見(jiàn)聯(lián)用藥物包括地塞米松、復(fù)方氨基酸注射液、托烷司瓊注射液、胸腺肽注射液、甲氧氯普胺片等。復(fù)方苦參注射液治療食管惡性腫瘤的人群特征明確,符合食管惡性腫瘤疾病的一般規(guī)律;其真實(shí)世界治療食管惡性腫瘤臨床用藥劑量、療程范圍基本符合品種說(shuō)明書(shū)相關(guān)界定;臨床聯(lián)合用藥類(lèi)型較為廣泛。
[Abstract]:Using the electronic medical data of hospital information management system, the clinical application characteristics of compound Sophora flavescens injection in the real world for the treatment of esophageal malignant tumor were analyzed. To provide reference for rational clinical application of compound Sophora flavescens injection. Based on the large integrated data warehouse of electronic medical data of hospital information system established by Institute of Clinical basic Medicine of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine, The electronic medical data of 2 550 patients with esophageal malignant tumor treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection from 22 large hospitals in China were extracted. The information of general characteristics, diagnostic characteristics, dosage and course of treatment were analyzed. The results showed that the average age of patients with esophageal malignant tumor treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection was 62.3 years old, male was more than female; The total effective rate based on the outcome of discharge was 47.15%. The single dose was 10 ~ 20 mL, the course of treatment was mainly 4 ~ 7 days. The common combined drugs included dexamethasone and compound amino acid injection. Tropisetron injection, thymic peptide injection, methoxyclopramide tablets, etc. The characteristics of compound Sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of esophageal malignant tumor were clear, which accord with the general law of esophageal malignant tumor disease. The range of clinical dosage for treatment of esophageal malignant tumors in the real world is basically in accordance with the relevant definition of the description of varieties, and the types of clinical combined use are more extensive.
